CharlotteFlair: Most times, we tend to forget about these little items while focusing on big acquisitions like furniture, electronic gadgets, automobiles, clothings, fancy kitchen utensils etc, while neglecting these seemingly small important things that have proven to be very helpful to survival especially when you least expect.
It doesn't matter whether you are a single man or woman or a family, these items truly come in handy.
I am going to be listing some of these very important details that we often overlook.
You can add yours.

According to my knowledge,
Firslty: Let the sleeping dog lie, move on for real.
Reason: You have tried your best. Also, opportunities may be passing you by, if you are still hoping.
Secondly: Don't do anything that will lead to quarrel or fight, since there is no fight between you.
Reason: Women are complex, she may still come back to her senses and return to you.
If this happens, weather you accept her or reject her, you are right. BUT, make sure you do your analysis of the situation well before accepting or rejecting her. |

Ibechris2: One reason I won't advice u to buy land and keep is because of Omonile menace in that region. U may buy today, another day someone would start claiming ur land as his or even build up ur space.
U are too young to waste such money now.
For me,move that money to mutual fund no matter how small it is.
Bank is a no no for me. kindly shed more light on this mutual funds, and which bank own is the best. |

chiefolododo: With good companies , you are covered, don't put your egg in one basket
Telecommunications (25% of your money) e.g Mtn, Airtel
Bank (25%) e.g Gtb, Zenith
Oil and Gas e g Dangote (25%)
Food and or pharmaceutical industries 25%
All of them cannot go bad at the same time.
Stock is better than both land and bank , owning land isn't bad it just that you might not find buyer at the time you want Mmm. |

Crime › Re: Gunmen Attack Ben Nwankwo's Convoy, Kill Police Officers, Others In Anambra by professore(m): 11:02pm On Jun 03 |
Dogalmighty17: I pity policemen who follow convoys of politicians and VIPs. Most especially those in the Toyota Hilux they normally use. They fail to understand that they are in a kill box and it takes nothing for a well timed ambush to wipe them all out.
An attack coming from the front has already reduced the line of sight of the policemen at the back of the Hilux by over 40%. If they pop out their head to see which direction the fire is coming from, they get picked off.
Those inside the Hilux are even worse off. There's little room to properly aim and fire plus you are taking incoming and accurate fire targeted at you. The driver of the Hilux may take a hit and the vehicle becomes immobile. So there you are, armed in a kill box and in a kill zone but useless and helpless. As multiple rounds pierce your body, you are surprised that the so called bullet proof the police division gave you, is nothing but hardened plastic.
As you close your eyes for the last time, drawing your last breath, thoughts of your family flash across your mind. They will be lucky to even see any of your emoluments. They will be lucky to be compensated for your death and even then, they'll not see more than half a million at most.
The politician you lost your life for trying to protect, has written to State HQ for replacement officers to be sent. They will be on their way even before your body gets cold.
It is sad isn't it? You had spent your years in service boasting to terrified civilians that you will kill them and nothing will happen. Funny enough, here you lie dead as a door nail, dead in active service yet the same police force you gave your life for Will not be bothered to investigate and go after your killers. You have died and truly nothing is happening! See analysis now |
