30k transport to Berger, 60k transport to VI. Choose the company that will enable you save money faster and move to a more central location. Some locations in this Lagos will reduce your life span by at least 10 years.
explain what you mean by central location Sir (does it mean locations that can make you easily jostle between Island and Mainland?. Also, kindly give examples of these central locations Sir.

How long did you date if I may ask Sir?
bestman09:
Unnecessary show. I'm married now for 23 years. We didn't do this show nor dated for 1 year. Yes, we had seen ups and downs yet we are stronger as a couple with 3 wonderful teens and a youngster of 21.

Dating for 10 years or going to the moon to propose does not guarantee a successful marriage.

May God bless their union

Biko let her know your salary so that she can know if the future is bright for her or not.

Is not as if you’re earning millions of naira monthly undecided. I’m absolutely sure you’re not even earning common 100k monthly. Biko don’t come and put someone’s daughter in abject poverty!!

My nobody wants to settle for less my dear!!
you are just making someone like you, yet you won't reply.

Funny and Educating. I have plans to build a hotel. I lost so much money between February and April this year. I am currently praying to God that the source of income that fetched the money should not block( at least till the end of the year).

If my prayer is answered, I should be able to save 40 Milion naira between now and end of the year.

If it works, I am seriously considering building a hotel of about 20 rooms, with lounge/bar. I prefer that to building a house.

What are your thoughts?
mind sharing the source with me Sir?

Please before going into any business, even if it will cost you money to do feasibility studies, please pay it. At the end, when the business starts booming, I swear you’ll gain your money back.

I recently started an offline business, there’s this guy in my area , he’s an illiterate but a very grounded entrepreneur . The guy made me realize that there’s different between having money and knowing exactly what to do with it.
Everything I had in mind to do would have collapsed the business. I humbled myself and followed the guy guild lines, at first I hated his style and perspective , baba at the end I succumbed and I regretted not starting the business earlier.

What I’m saying in essence is that you might have the money for the business and not have the business acumen.

Go back to drawing board, I wish you well brotherly.
would like to meet this person Sir.

I lost N10m, but i wasn't the person that traded with it....

My friend was advising me to buy twitter shares , through Bamboo, just the same week Elon Musk first said he will be making payment for twitter, but later failed to make payment.

He made N350m after investing into it, profit shut up to 35×.

how much did he invest to make this profit?

"Partner" is the highest position in a typical consulting firm like the Big 4. You can attain Partnership as an employee if you work there long enough and well enough.
what other ways can one become a partner apart from being an employee over a long period?

Hi guys. I really need some advice on this please.

We are a family of 6 and I want to relocate my family from Onitsha to Abuja in order to hopefully have a better life and expose to kids to more.

But I am bothered by the uncertainty of this move.

Is this this good idea?

If you live or have lived in Abuja can you please advice me on where we can live and afford an average life in Abuja in terms of accommodation, feeding and transport.

Also what kind of business can one start up in Abuja as a newcomer with about 10m to survive.
my own advice is to remember not to put all eggs in one basket in terms of business.

Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Which Of These Jobs Should He Go For? by professore(m): 4:00pm On May 01, 2023
socialmediaman:
Important Note: If you're a young person, I'll say don't worry about job security for now, focus on working with the best minds out there in the industry because like and informed minds will push your thinking and goals higher. Make friends and network. Job security is about who and what you know, and what you can do with those. Focus on making money, exploring opportunities, and investing

However, everything depends on what your goals are. There are many things to consider:

1. What is the rate of turnover at the multinational? Do people get fired easily when boss wakes up on the wrong side of their bed?
2. Do you have future plans to expand your education and move up in your career? You need a job that gives you time for that
3. What kinds of jobs are those? Are they both in your areas of competence and stuff you like to do? Burnout is real

Decide what your short term and long-term goals are, but keep in mind that a job that pays you 150K will still want to keep you engaged like a job that pays you 350K
I just followed you. Man you are great.

Mrwhite09:
I am living like i dont have a working immune system, i fall sick regularly like every week. last week i was on malaria drugs and antibiotic, i havent finished it then again yesterday i fall sick again nd they inject me with another malaria drug and give me another antibiotic.

i am tired of taking these poisons i feel like they hv started affecting my liver, i am very vulnerable to viruses and bacterias whenever a person cough to my face the following day i will fall sick.

i dont have hiv as i did the test several times all negative, but i suspect i have cancer cux of the presence of a swollen lymph node on my neck. guys im truly tired and depressed i cant hustle normally because of my condition please if you know anything that can boost my immunity tell me. because of my condition i know a lots of antibiotics like cipro, amoxyl, doxycline, clarithromycin, azithromycin e.t.c i dont know why these doctors never get tired of prescribing these drugs to me. i live constanly with a stomach discomfort, fever, flu, colds nd catarh there is no any known ulcer meds that i hvnt take in my life but i am still thesame. its depressing me nd making me suicidal. i dont need money from anyone i just need help from people that went through thesame situation or people that know of a solution.

There was a time someone cough on me i spent complete 2weeks sick.
Live in a well ventilated house, eat fruit, vegetable, beans, drink water, exercise, pray, make positive affirmations, have enough sleep, avoid porn, avoid masturbation, and work with a good doctor (don't be surprised some doctors are not good in their profession).
