You must get to that point where your self-worth and importance are defined by God's word alone and what He is saying about you. Treat nice compliments with uttermost wisdom, particularly when coming from people you are not 100 percent sure have your best interests at heart. For your own good, learn always to turn your back on exaggerated compliments. Never allow any compliments of any kind to make you start seeing yourself beyond what and who you are.

By God, ensure you have a healthy self-esteem that is not determined or influenced by external factors. In other words, whether or not people are saying lovely things about you, it doesn't change much about you - you always regard yourself as who God sees you as, and that's what truly matters.

After Bsc. is the best time to leave. I would have said before Bsc. but after Bsc. is fine because most jobs abroad don't ask for your degree. Work experience is what is mostly needed.

What I meant by 'good problem' is that, some colleagues with PhD. didn't have much moral to leave after everything. Very small percentage would want to leave because they've been mentally tied with one seemingly lucrative position which is a pure waste of time and resources. At that stage, the cost of relocation for some family increases especially with children.

Out of 9 jobs I applied to here, none required a degree but just experience which you can start as entry role.

Even those who japa via MSC studies, they still finish only to look for care jobs though one can get other professional job.

With all my might, I strongly advise anyone leave Nigeria provided you aren't doing that well.

I can't even believe I am giving this advice. The only regret is not learning handwork. It's a very profitable skill here- any handwork could be better in some instances.

Finish it and leave the country! If my university colleagues and friends see me typing this, they would be utterly surprised. Albeit, its the honest truth. I carried Nigeria for head even at the face of sheer hapless and hopelessness in the country.

I left after my spouse got everything sponsored abroad due to her job.

There is a thin line between passion and reality. Lecturers would transfer their aggressions and frustrations on students.

One of the biggest 'good problem' is leaving the country after completing PhD. The best time to leave is now. It's not worth, I must say. I have been part of the system for 8 years deceiving myself with false hope.

It is possible if it is of high quality phone with sharp camera phone but sincerely, I won't encourage you because while writing the test/exam, you can't stand up and any attempt to stand you will get warning or you may be log out and number two your system shouldn't shake any attempt while writing the exam or the test your web cam is shake like penis head they will log or time you out so my strong advice is stick to batter high quality laptop with inbuilt front camera or better computer you can attach webcam that won't be shaking when picking answers. I guess I have clear you. All what Unilag system monitoring want to see is your full face eye open not looking left or right.
