These people's hearts and minds are burned up beyond salvation. Utter madness to say the least.

Buhari appoints a northerner, thread runs a thousand pages with each one of them taking turns to wail and curse like spoilt little kids.

Buhari appoints their brother and the next thing we hear is "who cares", "who is he trying to deceive??"

If you don't care then shut that smelly mouth up either ways and stop throwing brown saliva all over the place.

Religion strikes again. Witches do not exist. There are no witches. That's why accused witches never fly away. Nobody deserves this treatment.
Religion blended with a good dose of ignorance and illiteracy produces the most dangerous kinds of humans on the planet.

So unfortunate.

Another dumb post by kids. Of what use are these cosmetic gadgets on the dog? Some of you are mesmerized by anything foreign, not caring to know how that translate to your surrounding. I suggest you get 10,000 of those dogs and deploy them inside sambisa.
Respect your army, respect your people, and you will reach lofty heights. Enough of a.s.s licking.
It isn't about being mesmerised bro, it is post election defeat syndrome. They just can't get over their loss, so whatever it takes to spite Nigeria they will do.

Brother, you have mentioned the marginalisation of the north even though states such as Akwa Ibom State (N1.92 billion) and Bayelsa State (N3.21 billion) contribute largely to the income used to finance the Nigerian budget but are not provided with the adequate government infrastructural development and you wonder why there is militancy. Let us be fair to ourselves. it is bad enough that some states can not sustain themselves without resource sharing formula. You need to know that in most developed countries, states such as Dubai control its resources without little interference from Abu Dhabi.

God bless Nigeria
Okay, militancy would bring about the needed development I presume. Do you people even listen to yourselves when you speak??

Do other states get the derivation the oil producing states get?? Why can't they ever hold their state governments to account?? What have the respective state governments done with the monies accrued to the states over the years??

compared to what a state in the South east got

Remember also that North-West has 7 states while South-East has 5
You water down the strength of the argument when you bring it down to the "number of states". What we should be looking at is the population. That is the major determinant (or should be).

Stop justifying the obvious lopsidedness in the polity by asking diversionary question and choosing to hype on false population figure.

Did you bother to ask why Kano State alone should get N32b while the entire SE zone a paltry N28b.
I pretty much doubt you know the meaning of PER CAPITA.

It would be utterly counterproductive arguing with someone like you.

Bye.

TonyeBarcanista:
The year has four months left and we are still talking about 2016 Budget Appropriation instead of measuring Budget Performance. This is crazy
Reno brought up the discussion and should be taken on. The budget is already being executed. We have long crossed the bridge of discussing appropriation but it would be a huge mistake letting such divisive antics like those being promoted by Reno and his band of spiteful cheerleaders go unanswered.

The damages these things can cause is unimaginable.

Who even made that man a "pastor"?? What manner of "pastor" derives pleasure in sowing the seed of hatred in the hearts of a people??

39xtr90r:
The allocation to FCT should never be an attempt to justify the abysmal low amount of money budgeted for developmental projects in the entire SE zone. It's the height of hypocrisy and chicanery to attempt to do so using any trumped up excuse even in the face of the glaring lopsidedness.
What do you have to say about Enugu state getting more than Katsina state

How about we now go further to break this thing down according to population and check, say, per capita expenditure in each of the zones?? That is how you can tell if there's been foul play or not.

The reason why folks like Reno seem to remain relevant is because we have an almost endless supply of intellectually lazy folks crawling everywhere in the country, especially those whose minds have been ravaged by hatred.

This is what we keep saying about the presidential media team Modath. Those guys are too damn lazy!! This is an opportunity to bury "Wendel Simlin" forever but they'd never see it!! Get the population of the states and give us a breakdown of the figures per capita. I'm too damn sure when this is done, it would be revealed Buhari has done nothing but marginalised the North!

Question I wanna ask is when would Ohanaeze and massob put pressure on the governors within their sphere of greatest influence to enact identical laws in their lands?? Or are their governors such extreme cowards (since they call what Fayose did an act of bravery) or are they "wiser"??

But in law, ignorance is no defence.

modath:
Fayose is all fluff no stuff, he grandstands even with no legal leg to stand on... Even if someone does , the constitution of Nigeria trumps any state law which he is only pushing to bait the Fulani man in power & Fayose knows it but is banking on the fact that majority of his followers are not very intelligent so won't delve deep.

The constitution gives EVERYONE unfettered access to any part of the country, it's not right but it's the LAW..

I personally detest the unwholesome, unsanitary and unprogressive mode of wakaing with maalu, but i know it can only be stopped by federal legislation....
Another thing is, those who form the bulk of his supporters are taking such extreme measure in their own domains! Last time, we heard even their "best performer" gave the herdsmen some financial compensation for loss of cattle!!

They keep pushing people to their own unfortunate end and would never do same to themselves. They applauded Kanu until he wound up where he currently is.

They applauded scAvengers until the mofos ate a million dozen humble pies at the feet of mr President!! They applaud FFK and Fayose but you never hear any of their governors as much as slightly criticising the federal government, let alone insult her as the aforementioned do.

What a people.

Avoid ke!! Are you kidding me?? They'd swarm the thread and start screaming any of the following like robots:

1. Lagos-Ibadan expressway journalism.

2. APC government and lies.

3. Failed government trying to distract Nigerians from the state of the economy.

4. Who takes TheNation newspaper seriously?

5. When will Aishaliburton be probed?

6. EFCC is a disgrace.

7. And the blame game continues.

8. Jonathan is no longer the president- leave him alone!

9. The most useless of them with nothing upstairs would simply come in and scream "Buhari is a ddullard!!"

These would be their defence over the damning report, which isn't the first and neither would it be the last, of the last administration. There was so much money Jonathan was simply living the life only the Sheikhs in UAE can dream of. This and many more were how the monies were blown, reason why we couldn't shore up our forex reserves in an era when the country witnessed such unprecedented inflow of revenue.

So damn unfortunate having that man not fit to be a Local Government Chairman, become the president of an intricate establishment such as Nigeria. Pity.
