Man Of Steel.

About time somebody stood up to our very corrupt Judiciary. Buhari should not let it be business as usual, and those crying that Buhari is a dictator, will one day look back and thank him.

There are a lot of things wrong with our judicial system, from the "Ogboni" initiation for career progression, and the reckless abandon with which our Judges accept bribes.

And yes the NBA has more Ogboni members than any other organization in Nigeria.

There is only one President in Nigeria, and the NBA is a toothless bulldog, and will not be able to do anything. Matter of fact, the "OGBONI" clique inside the NBA should be ashamed for even coming out in defense of these corrupt Judges.

To the DSS and the Presidency. Those of us that voted for you to tackle corruption, are solidly behind you.

In Tuface voice" Nothing dey happen"
Reading a couple of lines there, I feel like taking an anti aircraft gun and do some bastards in!! Imagine the nerve!! So because the judiciary is "independent", no one can question an act of corruption perpetrated by a lawyer!! Are these guys well upstairs at all?? angry angry

Lol perhaps we should suspend our constitution indefinitely
If that is what it would take to nip corruption in the bud, so be it!

The men rape this country with reckless abandon persistently and when their acts are about to catch up with them, they run to the law, which they persistently violate, for cover. What greater irony can there be than that??

NgeneUkwenu, I understand the need to fight corruption but we have to be careful not to arrogate absolute power to the executive.

Ideally, investigators are to Invite suspects or indictees (without saying the reason for invitation) and when those invited refused to honor the invitation, arrest becomes justified.

Secondly, to search the house of a citizen first requires a Search Warrant. I heard that DSS obtained search warrant (from Newspaper) which I'm not in position to verify or otherwise, but the search warrant are to be executed between the hours of 6am and 6pm according to our laws.

But like I said in one thread, we have to be careful. Anyway, let the legal fireworks begin
Bros, why police no dey "invite" ritualists, drug barons, armed robbers, etc before they kpake dem comando style, strip dem almost naked, den take portraits of dem splash everywhere for newspapers??

Are the judges more human than the aforementioned characters??

Nonsense. Dem for use bomb smoke the bastards comot from their house sef.

This is epic.

Is it not absurd that it is the looters and wailers that are castigating DSS. Fayose that slapped a sitting judge in a court room is also talking.

If our Bureau D'Judges can descend so low to corrupt themselves, DSS should also descend to the lowest level of impunity to bring them to justice.

RUle of Law my foot. Was that considered when money or favours was exchanging hands.

Are Judges above the law?

DO they have immunity?

is there a stipulated time for arrest in the constitution?

Are all security agencies and even citizens not empowered constitutionally to arrest?

Does the constitutional role of DSS not include economic crimes that have affect internal security of Nigeria?

NJC is empowered to only dismiss and discipline. Is NJC empowered to arrest and prosecute? Give us examples of where NJC has arrested and prosecuted corrupt judges in this nation. Just 1.

Sentiments, emotions and hatred for PMB is simply the driving force of some people.

The next time he tries even by mistake to stand against 'tyrannical orders' believe you me, he will be beaten black and blue by the security agencies. He was lucky yesterday that the order to arrest that corrupt judge wasn't from the president. Had it been the orders were from the president, this thuggish governor could have gotten himself shot by a happy trigger DSS official
Ugandan Flatrons are fond of cheering people to their downfall. They made the Olosho hunting Red Bonobo Albino Monkey believe he could do anything and get away with it and the idiot believed he's invincible. Today, he's in a cage like the monkey he is, feeding exclusively on roasted beans while Dasuki makes good use of his butthole even with insufficient vaseline.

All these aprokos from Aribisala to FFK to this writer, having perpetual erection, drooling over the prospect of Jagaban going head to head with Baba should go cultivate Ugwu somewhere if they don't have better jobs to do.

Jagaban has been single-handedly picking, fighting, and winning his battles and certainly doesn't need their whining to do so.

When Jagaban decides it is time to strike, he would strike and we'd all hear about it. For now, he's chosen to remain quiet and plan, waiting for the propitious moment to do what he does best- play ruthless politics!

Corrupt judges should be taken down.

The looters of our commonwealth are always confident of going to courts seeking questionable injunctions?

How will a Judge grant an injunction in perpetuity that an Ex-Gov must not be tried by anybody? Is that sane?

Where is RIcky Tarfa that was making noise before? Is he not the one pleading for ''Plea Bargain'' now? It is this useless SAN that only takes his case to only one Judge and he has won all and yet he said there is no big deal in donating N10m for the burial of the Judge's father.

Corrupt Judges are the threats to our democracy and a major clog in the wheel of progress of this nation and fight against corruption.

Due process my foot...

Did they follow due process while destroying the country and brought us to this point?

What is the due process in a judge keeping N300m cash in his bedroom? Due process requires that such huge money should be in his bank account and/or declared. Someone who has not followed due process as a judge should enjoy due process when the consequences of his actions stare him in the face.

People like those judges should be thrown in jail without trial.

activities of judges.
