Its located @ isheri via bucknor/jakande estate, oke afa, isolo, lagos state.
We agreed @ a price of purchase bte i,my agent, and seller (ono onile), to which we agreed to pay twice.
55% of payment done, received agent's initial receipt, my ppty was marked out and surveyor moved to survey.
1ce survey is completed (month end), the balance will be paid, and the omo onile land receipts and deeds will be handed over via thier lawyer & myn.
What d u guys think?

I have noticed the recent threads of Iba housing estates up for sale. Though I know the estate is deteriorating, but is no worse than other jakande built estates around the states.
Please if anybody have a real reason for the recent surge, kindly educate us.

i have just completed 270 sqm of those interlocking stones. i bought all the materials and it was molded @ d site. i will post d estimate later on. instead of the normal 3bags for 10sqm, we used 4. despite that we still saved money.the ones for sale is not reliable. d main disadv. is the supervision & time factor. it took me almost a month to finish moulding. another secret of interlockin is to allow it enough time to harden. i finished mine since august,but i wont be setting them until decmber, so 4 good month of sittnig in d sun and hardening. more later.

kobe8, buying used german vehicles and dismantling them are sure sales here. Also buy used generators both diesel and electric and welding machines are good, so is buying pumping machine external and submersible (all used). You can get a mini van and load up stuffs inside and clear at our ports, hassle free, or u can load up a 40 ft container with a vehicle inside, something like opel, bmw, mercedes benz, the low end types and used the goods to fill it up.
I can also give you concrete details when responded back to, but you will eventually make profits per container. nice one. But we have the capacity to triple that amount in a year through our import business.
10 mil may sound large, but it ain't much in the import biz, though.
