I paid for my visa application on the 28th of November.

I printed bank statement from 3rd November to 2nd of December (Today)

I submitted all my documents on the TLS today.

Please have done the right thing?

Normally, 28th November will be recorded as your application date and should be at least the 28th day of your POF. You may wish to cancel and send another application or take the risk. Cancelling and applying again is much safer.
Some people have been lucky with paying before POF matures, but well, it could be just luck.

The Trade Monitoring Stem form A has been at ADB DISBURSEMENT REVIEWER over four weeks now and the university especting my wife to submit evidence of school fees payment by next week Friday, 2nd December, 2022 and study start by 2 Match, 2023. If the payment is not meet up by next week Friday does that means she has lost the admission.

What bank is that? Form A generally takes time now for all banks. Worst should be Zenith which could take up to 8 weeks.

Since there's only one week left for payment, either press buttons to get debited via Form A or consider paying by direct transfer by sourcing for Forex in the black market.

For payment, why not open a dormiciliary account, deposit the funds and collect a debit card to make your payment yourself?

You haven't submitted an application until you make payment of both IHS and Visa fees. Until then, you can't book an appointment.

From Obalende enter Eko Hotel shuttle bus.
From the last bus stop you can walk down to TLS VI or take a shuttle bus going down.

Just like @dduches90 answered, it must be an international company.
I know someone who used a company in Canada, it was accepted. This was after the Sponsorship letter from the subsidiary office in Nigeria was rejected. So, the company must be based abroad or have an office abroad.

Else, just have all the POF in your own bank account.

Very hard to get except you try scholarships like Commonwealth and Chevening. Check them out and send in applications.
Studying in the UK is not cheap, not gonna lie to you.

Abuja is generally smoother, then VI. Choose the one closer to you for convenience and security, don't rush. Since you have your CAS, begin your visa application immediately.

There's an advice just few comments above. If you haven't gotten your CAS, go and pay some tuition via black market. This will reduce your required POF amount.

Even if you've gotten CAS, since you haven't applied for visa, you can ask the school to update the tuition paid on the CAS.

It's best to wait for the ECO decision.

From experience, your visa can be approved while for your kids, you get NSF why the other spouse isn't applying. I'm sure you know there will be concerns on how you will studying and taking care of the kids same time.

You can, but you shouldn't. Apply alone or all together. Spouse can apply with the children later.
