Please what could be wrong with my car. I use a toyota corolla 2012 model. while driving and i press brake (maybe in traffic or not) the brake suddenly gets hard like as if the engine is not on. And the gear count starts to fall from 0 like up till the point where the car will start to vibrate and jerk like it wants to go off. So when i put it in park and turn off the engine and turn it on again everything will be fine. what do you think is the problem please. Can you also reccomend a good mechanic or rewire to have it looked at. Some say it is a sensor issue.

I recommend looking at prices on used cars websites. There are more realistic options, and you can almost find a new car, but cheaper. Also, when selling, you can be guided by these prices as well.
