GogetterMD:OK thanks, what's the procedure please? Is it a never ending process if you don't part away with money at any point. Does free mean free? |
I went to PHCN office in my are area to order for four prepaid meters and I was told it costs 65,000 naira per meter. That's a lot of money for an electric meter. I heard some parts of the mainland, it is free. Anyone who has gotten it free please let me know the process or anyone that has paid for one and how much did it cost? For all I know, the PHCN staff that attended to me can get it for free for me but poverty has taken over them, they must chop so I must pay. |

rickkychidex111:I'm not trying to collect your customer, just giving the client options. The client posted on another topic and probably talks with many other real estate agents. |
Beautiful design, but change your location if you can. A self contain like that is worth 500k a year minimum anywhere before chevron lekki, if it's in ikate lekki then it's around 600k and in lekki phase one, ghen ghen 700k. To your question, it depends on the finishing and the people who supply you building materials. Some artisans hike the prices because of greed and some are loyal. With honest suppliers of building materials and honest workers and if you only have to fill the land a few inches meaning it's a relatively dry land. 4m can finish the house, 5m can finish it, even 10m can finish it. It depends on your taste and also on how heavy your wallet is. But my advice, take your time and build. Don't think about how you will finish the house or where you will find the money, Rome wasn't built in a day. Build to where your money reach. Take a break and when money comes, do what that money can do and carry on with that process. The good thing about building slowly is that you will notice mistakes the more you look at it and since you are progressing slowly, it will be easier to correct them. This is because most bricklayers are not professionals and they are prone to mistakes, even pros sometimes make mistakes. Start building with what you have. |

They are models. The SUN newspaper in UK have bare chested girls on the page 3 |
This is the reason why many Nigerian business don't become billionaires. They are too strict and they staffs don't feel like their presence in the company is not relevant enough to put all their best in the job because they can be sacked impromptu. Yes sleeping on duty is wrong but doesn't really warrant a sack or any form of vexing. Life is easy when you take it easy. |
L damochewinner:There are a lot of millionaires and billionaires in Lekki phase one. If every resident donates 100k naira and businesses in phase one donates 1million naira, the problem will be solved. |
We are used to it. A lot of places in the lekki axis floods. Even the Almighty VGC or Chevy View floods. |
You would love this house. |
