Lol... The truth is behavioural tests are more harder to pass... When a result tells u..u tend to be less of an owner and care more about present things than future... Wetin u go think? Na failure be that na... Anyway my opinion! I just hate behavioural tests... They are a silent and best way of axing pretenders from the loooooon queue of prospective candidates.

Was it Finance dept that u appiled for? Cos some peeps in finance dept r yet to be invited for first stage interview after being asked to submit dia cv to d HR afta d test. I don't just understand why?
