Is there a way we can get over it?.... she also wanted to apply for a PGDE in education from the university of strathclyde but I was told that the UK will not give Visa to students who wants to study PGDE and come over with dependent.

In everything you do, run from teeside. A lot of people applied for September 2021 and January 2022 and were deferred to September 2022 and are still waiting for refund. They’re extremely slow with no tangible reason for delay when you reach out!!!

I know that black file is standard application
While green is priority.
Not sure I’ve seen yellow

Hello people!

I want to share my tls ikeja experience.
After everything I read about tls ikeja on this platform, I prepared to be totally stressed today.
So I submitted my application on 28th and got appointment for 2nd of March!!!

I picked 9am appointment but decided to get there by at least 7am.
I got there by 7:30, waited till 8 and I joined the queue, but they were letting people in according to time of appointment.

By 8:30am, they already started calling 9am appointments. I entered and did not spend more than 35 minutes in the building.

This was the opposite of what I expected.

Also, they started attending to collection by 8am too!!!
Maybe today was just a good day �

You shouldn’t have sent the email for defer yet, you wait till you’re given Unconditional offer, that’s when you’ll calculate if you’ll meet up. They’ll get back to you no matter what, they’re only like that when they know you have slim chance of completing all within the time frame.

No worries, keep emailing them once you are cleared you would defer if you can’t meet up. But you’ll go through another PRE-CAS INTERVIEW. but afterwards you’ll be treated timely. Again check if your course is on for APRIL INTAKE

Thank you so much. But I already made the initial payment and met other conditions. So I thought i had secured my place that way and no more interviews. If I have to, I hope doing interview again won’t bring up an issue.

I even read on their website that the first term can be online but I don’t want to take any chances lol. That’s why I decided to defer.

I have Roehampton admission too just got my CAS on 15th after doing pre CAS interview on 1st dec, if you have paid deposit it will take like 1 week to get unconditional offer. It’s stated on my CAS that latest date for resumption is 7th February even though resumption is 17th jan, so i feel they can amend your latest resumption which is what will be considered for visa issuance and at POE.

If you start 28days pof on monday 3rd that means it will be ready by 31st. CAS issuance can take a week, thats 7th of February to apply for visa, don’t near ikeja for walk in just go to abuja or VI. And hopefully priority will be back. most importantly if they can give you latest resumption of February ending you are good.

But my advice is to insist that you want to defer till April. The school is so slow in administration and i almost regreted choosing it.

University of Rohampton has bunch of applications, I believe they attend to deferred applications first. It takes forever before i had my PRE-CAS interview but, after that, all processes would be faster. I’m not sure you can meet up with them for February intake, I won’t advise you to rely on them 70%…. Cheers

Hello, I need advice please
I applied to Roehampton for January 2022 and it took them so long to respond to me. Then I had a pre-CAS interview by the beginning of December and it took them 1 week to tell me that I cleared the interview and another week to provide a conditional offer. Which I didn’t stop sending emails.
I have met the conditions and till now I have not received unconditional offer.
I also don’t have pof yet because I applied to so many schools and I couldn’t meet their conditions so I didn’t want to waste pof charge by just starting with uncertainty.
The issue here is the pof of course because i have confirmed that they require pof to issue CAS
Also when I sent an email to defer to April because I calculated the number of days I needed and figure I couldn’t meet up to resumption which is Jan 17, they replied yesterday and told me that CAS issuance dates are flexible.
Do you think I can meet up? cos as it is I haven’t still started POF
