Was he high on something wen he made this statement? If actually he made the statement, he was wrong in parlance of law. Terrorism and Hate Speech are two different issues and you cannot convict anyone charged for hate speech with Terrorism law.

If FG charges anyone that made hate speech with terrorism law, FG will keep losing the case no matter hw good their Lawyers may be.

In as much as hate speech is bad, it should not be tried with terrorism laws. There should be different legislature for the crime. Alternatively, FG can add hate speech under terrorism and by this the act of hate speech can be tried under terrorism laws.
