I started training yesterday, it's like I want to die. After running round the field 8 times yesterday, I increased it to 10 times to day. Since morning, I don't get myself. My body is aching me plus headache. It's not funny at all. Please if you don't have the gut and mind, don't even try to fill any form. Abeg!

I have made it a habit of completing at least 3.7km every morning. Just working on trying to complete 4km in atmost 18mins. Not easy but Morale is high

recruitment year is first quarter next year, between Jan and march so be on look out.. DSS recruits every 2year interval. So if u wanna get in. Brush up on ur current affairs,avoid cultisim and its excesses, avoid polic case, keep ur ears open and down to d ground! Most of all pray for grace goodluck
