Next time make proper research before making any claim Sir Alex Ferguson managed 5 different teams

1974
East Stirlingshire
1974–1978
St Mirren
1978–1986
Aberdeen
1985–1986
Scotland
1986–2013
Manchester United

yungsmart:

Hmmm you try but you are not bright. If they ask you all who is the best manager y'all will say Alex Ferguson, but guess what he spent all his successful career at man u.
Pele spent most of his successful career in a club not even in Europe. Yet some of you say he is GOAT

Then why deny Messi his crown for same reason.

KODACK, as much as money is important in life. Not everyone is desperate to be rich. Some of us find it comforting just been able to sort out our basic needs. I got a slogan in life “No matter how much you get for account. Na die we go die one day and na one idiot wen no know how man take suffer go chop the money”. If I tell you now that since I finished service 90% of jobs I applied for are strictly humanitarian jobs. I know say you no go believe.

Common sense would choose Total. But as for me I don’t have sense I have never been cut out for civil jobs all my life till today. So the pips is more fulfilling to me grin

KODACK:

This been said....... I have question for all of you.... Be kind enough to truthfully answer this Question.... God is watching liers.

TOTAL gave you a job and asked you to resume next week Monday 8am...with the below details;
1. 24 million per annum (basic salary minus allowance and bonuses)
2. 13th month pay
3. Expense free vacation for you and your family
4. Contract span 20years
5. Hmo, insurance, assurance benefits with constant promotion
6. Sponsorship for two wards education abroad

Nigerian Army said you should resume that same Monday by 9am, without screening,no training nothing...... You will hang two star n 5 year promotion, with all the usual basics an officer deserves.

Don't lie, which one will you resume to.... TOTAL or NIGERIAN ARMY

My Guy grin bless you.

KODACK:

Firstly, don't take drugs to suppress your BP....... Its harmful to your kidney, liver and bladder..........trust me, abstain from that.

Am currently working on my BMI, I know a couple of drugs I can take that will over beat the BMI standard but the after effects is disastrous........ Before I go to work,I skip ropes 400 times.....after work I skip 400 times....even more when I have the strength........... For the last 3 weeks I stopped taking carbonated drink(coke etc), no starchy food.....my new meal comprise of beans, egg, wheat, brown sugar/honey, vegetable soup with lots of obstacles in it, and fruits...and I sleep wella... I have dropped over 5kg since then..... without drugs, even I still do have temptation to take .

Now, back to your question.........

THIS IS HOW TO BEAT YOUR BP RANGE TO NORMAL.

1. drink lots of water.
2. Avoid pepperish food
3. Sleep well
4. Listen to cool music
5. Take a hike, soft one....not quick
6. Engage in turgid exercise but for a short time
7. Do breathing exercises for atleast 5 minutes...morn,after, night
8. Take fruits and vegetables
9. If you have a girl, flog her once in a while......not three times daily oh....once in three/two days ( this has effectively dropped bp of men within the range of 30-50 through research and those I have treated).....don't cheat, and remember...AIDS is real.
10 avoid quarrel, fight, argument
11. When you think too much(which is not avoidable) ...end it with thoughts of how far God has brought you (you are not sleeping under bridge e.t.c) or think of your crush...or see your self counting cash, not as a banker ..but your own real cash .

12. Lastly.....have this at the back of your mind... FOR ALL THE STRUGGLE YOU ENGAGE IN TO MAKE IT IN THIS LIFE, YOU WILL END UP SIX FEET BELOW.....SO WHY WORRY.

calm down....and have fun

NB: no BEER/GIN !!!!!!!!!!, Go for red wine (900-1500) and apple instead

Cheers

For those that studied Education or related courses eg English and can’t get your TRCN. And you really want to apply for DSSC. This is just my opinion you can register for free online courses on Journalism and media with printing eg https://alison.com/course/journalism-and-print-media-revised
Diploma in journalism : https://alison.com/course/diploma-in-journalism-revised-2018
It doesn't take up to 5hrs to get your certificate of completion, then apply for Directorate of Army Public Relations. There are tons of free online courses. Just believe with that probably you can be on a safer ground. Cheers

OladimejiRufai:

Oga WWE is a sports entertainment show; a show that the outcomes are predetermined indeed.

It's like going to watch a stage play. So if u think it's childish to watch WWE, then it's like you are saying it's childish to watch a stage play.

The people who come to watch it know what they are watching; that it's staged and they choose to watch for the purpose of entertainment just like what you derive from stage plays. And amongst the people who watch it are very mature people and some of them are even probably more sophisticated in reasoning than you.

Do u even know Donald Trump is a fan of WWE? So Donald is childish?

Please before u criticize things just because you are not fine with it, reason well and know how to present your criticisms.

Your claim that people who watch WWE are childish, I'm sorry to say, has no substance and makes no sense.

Bless you Ugo. “He who has ears to hear, let him hear,”

ugo4u:
If you have the opportunity to tidy up your documents (certifications etc) please do, don't leave anything to chance, even if you have godfather you can make his work easier for you.
If you don't have certification where applicable and you have no way of getting it before the screening then that is understandable, I'm a believer in shooting shots but that is when there is no other options left, I won't tell anyone that is shortlisted but don't hv certification not to attend. It's better the board flag you down than you flagging down yourself.
In summary dot all the I's and cross all the T's. Even if they will consider you, they will push those first that meet all their criteria.
I witness an incident during Airforce screening most of the medical doctors didn't have their medical certification (I don't know the name they call it) the excuse they gave was that it was not out as at when screening was ongoing but one small boy like that from ebonyi state surprisingly submitted a certification and the officer incharge told him to go that as long as he lives the guy name must come out in the final list. That's how he found favour because of lil thing.
Wisdom is profitable to direct, God bless you all.

Great write up, permit me to add a few things.

Firstly it’s not how long a soldier trains that determines he or her productivity or the amount of skills acquired. Without support they all are pencils in the hands of our creator.

Secondly I would be glad if our great military can change or restructure its operation in terms of request for Air and Artillery support. Here in our beloved country our section command cannot easily request for air and artillery support during a shootout, They have to go through long chain of command up to the battalion level sometimes to be able to get these supports. Which isn’t always good because it takes time. Like you rightly said a section commander in the US can easily request for these support and get them almost instantly. These situations can either boost or diminish the moral of Troops during warfares.

Thirdly the strength of our beloved great nation military is quite poor for a population of over 200million citizens.

Fourthly the defense budget for the military is quite poor when compared to the that of other great nations.

You have said a lot and i got a lot to say probably if God’s willing we get the opportunity to Serve our great nation. We would be able to input our quota to make our nation greater.

God bless the COAS
God bless the Nigerian Army
God bless the Armed forces
God bless Nigeria

gargoyle:
The Nigerian armed forces and their lack of special operators and covert ops units. My thoughts:

I have often wondered:

Do we really have special forces personnel on the Nigerian Armed Forces?

Every serious military should as we are in an age of wars left and right

I'm not talking about the pretenders we keep calling special forces soldiers ooo but real special forces soldiers that have undergone harsh training for at least 2 years in various aspects of warfare; both conventional and unconventional suited to specific mission purposes.

The US has at least 8 different types of Special operative soldiers in their Special Operations command that can be called up for various missions. E.g.

The Delta Force Unit

The Navy Seals of which Seal Team Six is the most elite unit of all seal team units.

The Green Berets

The 75th Ranger Regiment

The USAF special forces Paratroopers

The Marine Raiders

The Marine Force Recon

The Night stalkers (Special flight forces)

The CIA Special Activities Division (aka CIA Special Operations Group): They are the best of the best and their activities are very very very very very very very top secret. They are made of the best Special forces soldiers selected from the above spec-ops unit and trained again for at least 9 months. Some of them are so good that they are called out of retirement.

These are the ones I can remember right off my memory. Trust me, I didn't even need to check the internet for these units again because I have studied and read about them for at least 8yrs (no jokes). Many of these units have a rich history some of them dating back to WW2.

Now some of you are bragging here about how those that didn't want to die chickened out and I hear stupid statements like "Khaki work no easy", " they no get liver" and other stupid shit. They prolly realised that the NA doesn't care for its personnel in the battle ground and leaves them with 1950s and 1960s equipment to fight a well funded and internationally backed terrorist group with better equipment and armor. Nobody wants to die for such a military that withholds benefits from the families of the fallen soldiers.

Now don't get me wrong, I wasn't one of those who ran away from training. Even with my BS and MS degrees at age 24, I wasn't selected after applying for SSC multiple times at different years. However, I think it was God at work because looking back now, I don't think I can be truly patriotic for a poorly underfunded military like Nigeria's whose generals have since sold their souls to Lucifer (ISWAP) for money.

Now back to my little essay:

These elite units are highly funded with air support and drones and with the latest weaponry and kits and they aren't owed allowances neither are they secretly buried after they are KIA. In fact, its rare for the US to loose so many Spec ops soldiers in one day like the NA does.

This led me to the following conclusions:

The Nigerian Military has ill-trained soldiers whose only ability is foolish slogans like "Morale high" and "Kawai".

The Nigerian Military has no Spec-Op units. Taking selected men to trained for 6 months in a funny country like Serbia doesn't make them special operators. Average time for Spec-Op training in the US is 2 yrs after which each operator undergoes specialized training ranging from 6months -2 yrs depending on special skills to be learnt (e.g signals and common, Medical, etc).

The Nigerian Military is a Joke and has been reduced to Chicken shit no thanks to bad leaders. This raises another question: Does the Nigerian Military give out awards for bravery displayed in the line of duty to soldiers that go above and beyond in the face of enemy fire. This raises the morale of soldiers and their respective units. The awards are doled out posthumously too and the US regularly gives out wards for bravery to both living or dead soldiers. E.g.

Congressional Medal of Honor

The Distinguished service cross

The Navy Cross

The Air force cross

The Silver star

The Bronze star

The purple Heart

Read this https://themedalofhonor.com/medal-of-honor-recipients

Etc

But here is a country whose tales of gallantry displayed by soldiers against the terrorist are unknown. Please if you know if such tales, kindly tell them here as it will raise the morale of those going to the battle field.

I have now reels out what's been eating me about our military. You guys should feel free to share your thoughts, opinions and constructive criticisms etc.

Gos bless Nigeria and good luck to those who have applied and those fighting or going to fight in the North-East.
