sugarbelly4:
Yesterday, Kemi Olunloyo's son Enitan, celebrated his 30th birthday and her mum took to Instagram to shower praises on him, celebrating her son. Actress Georgina Onuoha, in her kind gesture, equally sent in her good wishes to Kemi's son. However, it seems like Kemi's son aint cool with actress Georgina's goodwill message, as the young man blasts her in a letter he wrote.. Read below

I Don't Need Your Birthday Wishes, Kemi

Olunloyo's 1st Son Blast Georgina Onuoha @GeorginaOnuoha In New letter to his Mum @hnnafrica
.
.
His letter Read thus;

Dear Mom. Thank you for the birthday greetings. My friends noticed my name trending in Nigeria on a lot of posts when they googled me. I want to thank all the #HNNAfricans for the love. However, I am going to keep it real with your audience and the Sacramento woman Ms Georgina Onuoha and her birthday greetings. Why did this woman start showering FAKE birthday praises on me after what she said to her fans about me and even Lade and KJ? When you started investigating her, she got shady and instead of her answering her reporter questions she got us involved FIRST. Ms Georgina, you told your fans that our mom sexually molested us and that we were taken away from her by the government. You said that my grandfather a honourable high ranking Nigerian politician slept with my mom and fathered me. You poisoned your audience with vicious wrong facts. Yes I've hear about some nonentity Ireland based Nigerian woman called #TokunboAboderin who made up these lies because my grandfather jilted her after an old inappropriate relationship in the 80's. However nobody thought I would speak. I am a human being too. My father was abusive to my mom and she left and raised me alone and good too. Connie was the only one at my first birthday 29yrs ago and my cake was baked by my mom. She is simple. Connie is still my friend today. As 30yo adults we value our moms. Whatever happens between you and my mom should not border around other people's lies and my paternity. My own children may google these lies some day. My mother should never and I repeat never have cursed your kids in retaliation. She was extremely angry at you and the other lady Angela Okorie making up a sex tape you had with my mom being sodomized while high on crystal meth. You crossed the line Ms Georgina and you should apologize to my brothers @iamswagkid, Lade and I. Your birthday prayers meant nothing to me and the same fake fans u poisoned also wishing and praying for me. Keep it real like my mom Ms Ouoha.

PoliticsRe: Why Buhari Alone Is To Blame For Nigeria's Recession, & The Way Forward by Ps3ver: 7:51am On Nov 05, 2016
Miyachi:
Inasmuch as theses reasons apply, the present government has its faults to no matter how little. The president's cabinet is filled by persons who are largely inexperienced to handle their portfolios. How do you expect any improvements in electric supply when the Minister for Power is a Lawyer. All of these, coupled with his unguarded remarks about the country have done a lot of damage.

The truth is bitter, but we must tell it to ourselves, we've not had a true leader in Nigeria for as far as I know, ( I'm not that old). Even the past president was no saint nor an ideal model. But what I fear most is not even the leaders but the common Nigerian who would defend a leader, even to the hurt of his fellow brother. It is as if we've exalted them to the place of gods that we cannot tolerate someone who criticizes them, even if that criticism has merit. Everything they do is RIGHT, and should not be questioned. I have sought to understand these things, but they baffle me, a lot.

Until we hold our leaders accountable for all their actions and inactions, they will always get away with whatever they do. While we argue and insult each other, they are there gambling with the future of the nation like they don't care.
I agree that this administration is not without blame. I personally found it bizarre that it took the president near six months to announce his cabinet. Still we have to look at our problems from a wholistic point of view and examine the government's response to tackling these issues. Your point about not having a technocrat running a particular ministry is seriously flawed and I could give you a whole list of countries where technocrats don't run their ministries or agencies peculiar to their training and still succeed. While Fashola may have made unfortunate comments, it is more or less the truth regardless I personally don't care who does what as long these policies and plans succeed. I know for a fact the amount of work that has gone into rejuvenating power for instance and no matter how much we spend on building the infrastructure it can never be accomplished overnight.
Ideally we should examine the efficacy of every policy embarked by the government rather than jump on the bandwagon of ignorance, hate, racism and anti-government louts.

Proof That Buhari Alone Is To Blame For Nigeria's Recession, And The Way Forward

Just setting the records straight for reference purposes. This was a publication by the Ministry of Budget and National Planning on their website

http://www.nationalplanning.gov.ng/index.php/news-media/news/news-summary/333-nigeria-s-oil-sector-contribution-to-gdp-lowest-in-opec-blueprint

It can be seen from the publication that Oil accounted for only less than 18% of Nigeria's GDP between 2010 and 2014, when Nigeria recorded most of the high crude oil sales. in 2014 for instance, Oil accounted for barely 11% of Nigeria's GDP. This was the same time when Nigeria had the Biggest economy in Africa; which included Industries like telecoms, information technology, music, online sales, airlines, and film production.

This raises an important question that if oil accounted for a very insignificant part of our GDP, How then could Nigeria have gone into recession due to drop in Oil Revenue?

Since Buhari assumed office in May 2015, there has been a consistent decline in Business and Investment, he has been unable to develop a clear policy direction for his administration. His incompetency, Rushed TSA Implementation, unguarded statements about the economy and against sections of the country which unduly heated up the polity, Stiff Forex policy and Lack of a clear policy direction eroded investor confidence and caused agitation in the Niger Delta Region.

These are the factors which drove Nigeria to a recession. Lets be very clear with this fact and find a way to move this country forward.

One thing is clear, if Buhari does not honestly take responsibility for the mess and seek solutions which include everyone, He may not be able to champion Nigeria out of the mess because Government only succeeds when the stakeholders and people have confidence in it.

God Bless Nigeria

- SocialMediaMan
I fault your appraisal of Nigeria's economic recession. Your assertions are largely distorted and misconceived. You don't need a degree to know that Nigeria is a mono economy and a drop in oil prices is largely responsible for the economic recession Nigeria is experiencing. We are not alone though checkout Venezuela and indeed other oil producing countries, they are all in some state of recession.
A recession is occasioned where there is a decline in earnings of a country i.e. a decline in trade etc. Our earnings have dropped as a result of a drop in global oil prices coupled with the massive looting that was meant to cushion the economic slowdown and unrest in the Niger Delta and economic mismanagement of previous governments these are factors to that caused the economic recession and not PMB.
Please before you put up an inflammatory post in the future against the president educate yourself and speak fairly. God bless Nigeria and we pray all the policies and activities of the current government succeed in bringing the people to an era of prosperity.

How will you yorubaas feel? Do you yorubaas have any sense of basic human conscience and decency at all? My goodness.

Fifth Largest economy based on deceit and monopoly...controlling the only functioning seaports in Nigeria and largest airport. If yorubaa have basic human conscience expected of a human, go out on the streets, protest that Federal government should allow the seaports and riverport in Calabar, Warri, Onne, Port Harcourt and Onitsha to function to their full capacity without federal government interference. Also, allow the Enugu, Uyo, Owerri, Asaba, Calabar airports to function to their full capacities with direct flights, then we'll praise you even if Lagos clinch the number one economy in Africa because I think it's based on level playing ground but right now...LAGOS IS A MONOPOLY!

PoliticsRe: You Eat Lagos’ Salt, Yet Speak Ill Of Lagos - Lasisi Olagunju by Ps3ver: 9:40am On Oct 18, 2016
GworoChewinMaga:
Nigeria does not owe Lagos a damn thing!

The sea ports you boast off plus all other major infrastructure in Lagos was built using oil proceeds.

Nigeria has well over 800km of coastline with Apapa and Tin Can ports not having berthing space of more than 5km max.

If the other coastal cities in the Niger Delta were developed with their rightful proportional revenue from their oil wealth which happened to have been diverted to Lagos, Abuja and Kano do you think your overcrowded slum village can compete?

If anything Lagos owes Nigeria and not the other way as the financial transactions entered in Lagos are geared towards other regions and not only Lagos.

And finally, what is this useless appellation for?

You guys ridiculed and dismissed the last confab as a waste of time which was meant to start Nigeria back on the road of genuine restructioning only for you to now employ almajiri tactics to beg for more money to fund Lagos?

FYI : Salt was a major trade commodity in the trans sahelian trade with Borno providing salt from Lake Chad. Some of the salt mined from the salty beds of the Chad lake found their way inland. And if you must know before any yoruba set foot in Lagos, the Binis had already occupied it as a war camp. You guys should as a matter of urgency stop claiming Lagos as a yoruba achievement because you had little or nothing to do with its initial occupation, development and financial progress.
Your history is either really bad or even worse you are horribly self deluded. Lagos occupied by binis? Don't start today with blatantly false and untrue comments. Go and read about the initial occupation of lagos by the British and the vital role it played in its development. Go and look at the stats on how much lagos contributes to the genera income of the polity. Go and look up the stats on the population density per land mass in lagos. I don't wanna write an epistle but know the facts before you spew nonsense.
