@MrHistorian and others, I just clarified the info from my friend and he said he was referring to NASU and not ASUU. So I mixed that up and I tender my apology to y'all. But here are some screenshots of the conversation we had this morning. He's a 300Level Computer Science student
|
I've been admitted already @Donblazer10 |
@DreManuel and @Bobola, it was due to the previous ASUU strike(it affected a lot of activities in the calendar) and not this NASU strike. But let's just wait and see but I pray it won't be prolonged. |
INFORMATION reaching me from UI this morning says that "Next session is supposed to resume March 23 2018 but with the situation of things now, the resumption date MAY be extended due to NASU strike. To be candid, I'm extremely fed up with UI's sluggish academic calendar. I'm supposed to be relocating to British Columbia, Canada spring of next year if not for the agreement myself and God made when I was 0.15% behind 55 for COC (Baba God, if UI should revert this cut off and offer me admission, I'll no longer go but if UI didn't offer me admission, I won't even seek Your approval before leaving) I pray for God's help over our so called FIRST AND BEST UNIVERSITY in Nigeria. #Surulere |
LECTURES are on at UI. Verified from a friend who's studying Computer Science last night |
@olayinka96, you can pay at bank. All you just have to do is to switch the payment method on the remitta page to INTERNET BANKING and then print the slip which you'll take to bank. Or better still write down the informations on the online slip most especially the RRR on a sheet of paper and then take it to the bank. Make sure you get to the bank before 3pm any day you intend to go. |
@Phemhografx, go to any GTB branch and request for OTP activation. It's free but if you're too get the token device, it costs 3k or thereabout |
@donblazer10, I no be pastor ooo. I'm just a JESUS ADDICT and that's my lifestyle. The nickname I'm fondly called is GTB (GodTheBoy) |
@Babablogger, wetin go happen if I dey your department ooo? I'm curious here baba |
Thumb Up @Linconab |
@Temitope, you can't really understand why I said Oluwa is involved in my matter for now but i will soon share a bit of my testimony here when I'm less busy. And as for your question, God doesn't write exam for anyone because you have your own part to play. But He can show you an exam question and I'm talking from experience a Pastor of mine whom graduated from UI had and He can as well bring to your remembrance things you've studied and may have forgotten. That's why 2Timothy2:15 says "STUDY TO SHOW YOURSELF APPROVED UNTO GOD" Having an affinity with God doesn't really guarantee an individual success without the individual playing his/her part. My Bible also tells me IN EVERYTHING GIVE THANKS UNTO GOD But congratulating me will be better ba |
What a coincidence, I was offered admission to the FIRST and BEST UNIVERSITY in Nigeria on my way to SHILOH. Watch me LIVE tonight as I share my testimony on SHILOH PLATFORM (FAITH TABERNACLE CANNALAND OTTA) Incredible God Deserves Incredible Praise |
Don't know how...But He(God) did it...He made a way for me. #ThankYouJesus
|
@Pharaoh001, the strike does not affect admission. It's NASU strike and besides, the admission is an avenue to gain revenue for UI. |
@Zenith, does her subject combination corresponds with that of UI (Both JAMB & O'Level) cos it matters a lot. If YES, has she as well re-uploaded her O'Level result? |
@1naijaguy, it ranges from 3500 above depending on the cbt centre. COC candidates normally comes out with the supplementary list although it's merit but this year will definitely be different |
@CondomSir, I'm referring to COC(Supplementary). So are you trying to tell me it's everyone that did COC will be admitted? |
@1naijaguy, no time to check time. Do it asap |
@Aybalance, first of all, what's your faculty and initial course? |
@Damolaaaa, JAMB CHANGE OF INSTITUTION for UI now is too late to be mend. Here's my screenshot below
|
Congrats!!! @1naijaguy |
@Sheye12, nope. Geography |
@TheHistorian, "the kingdom of God suffers violence and the violent takes it by FORCE" and "Faith is a LIVING FORCE drawn from the LIVING WORD to produce LIVING PROOFS... |
@Aybalance, it's still on cos UI are sending the admission list to JAMB in batches i.e Departmental. But its advisable to change to a departmental course UI hasn't sent it's admission list to JAMB yet. |
@donblazer, that's for only Science and Arts students. Although Social Science was included before but it was later modified because protocol must be broken on my behalf lol |
@babablogger, UI doesn't consider catchment on my merit basis but majority of students in UI are indegenes. Every blessed year, 35% of the admission quota goes to indegenes but you must HIT your cut off mark including COC e.g. if UI is to admit 10 students and 20 students hit the cut off 3 at least will be indegenes. The VC even emphasised it recently |
Amin oooo @Dr Bobola |
@horlahyeankah, my aggregate score is 54.75. My initial course was Psychology = 56.13 and The course i changed to is Geography = 53.63. I had A1 in Geography and I'm an indegene. |
@Dr. Bobola, thanks. I can't just wait to testify... |
FINALLY FINALLY FINALLY!!! My CAPS admission status has changed to ADMISSION IN PROGRESS, CHECK BACK LATER. NOTICE: Those who did COC should check their CAPS portal now cos shortlisted candidates to be admitted status has changed to either ADMISSION IN PROGRESS, CHECK BACK LATER or ADMITTED. And their FORMER course of study has been replaced with the NEW course they changed to automatically like Bobola earlier predicted. Congrats in advance to we aspirant that will be admitted asap. MY STATUS IS CHANGING, THERE'S NO MORE DECLINE, I'M ON MY WAY TO BETTER DAYS |
Happy New month to y'all. Wishing y'all BIG SUCCESS |
@scromatan, i hope the polytechnic you changed to hasn't written their PUTME yet? |
