Well, from the info i gathered at Kuti Hall last week about this cultist stuff from a staylite i met, he said there's no hall in UI you won't find them. It's just that they do it coldedly cos they musn't be caught and it's not that rampant at Kuti because of its nearness to Senate Building and Security.
He further said, you yourself will know them without anybody identifying them to you but wisdom demands you shouldn't mingle with them.
He concluded with Zik na baddest but y'all will know much better about the HOR when you guys resume.
