By this you can avert the calamity that awaits you in the near future. |

shogz89: oga get my point.. They are ahead not MILES ahead.. What's your definition of miles ahead., do they have the cheapest voice or data, do they have the quality service all over Nigeria? Can MTN hold Nigeria to ransom or threaten Nigeria they are leaving and we will panic or fidget. If your answer is yes to all those question then you can say they are miles ahead meaning other network have no hope.. Otherwise my brother they are just ahead waiting to be pounced upon by other network should they start messing up. you're still not getting the beat. ok. MTN has the highest number of subscribers. Thus, their profit is also high. Even our leaders will not allow them to reduce tariffs. Know why? |

Light, don't even mention that one because we all know better. I can tell that; this guy is an Igbo guy because they are the ones blaming Buhari for every misfortune. Yes these things weren't there. You're right. But how many of it has Buhari added so that when another takes over, he/she can add to them? Buhari wasn't "voted" to compete for the failures of PDP or his predecessors of which he is also one. |

Do you know with good internet of about 19k use Spectranet unlimited or NTEL unlimited of 17500, you can steam thousand of channels with amazing and new contents unlike the nonesense dstv is showing?? Sorry sir, the amount you just mention is also a problem with a greater one - where do you get the "good internet" from in Nigeria? Sir, until we are ready to tell ourselves the truth and decide to build, the future is still very bleak for Nigeria |

In every location in Nigeria they're usually two networks that work faster than each other, just choose one over the xenophobic network.
Thank God it's 9mobile that works best in my area. Am boycotting everything South Africa except DSTV. Nobody says MTN has the best network but simply that MTN has the highest number of subscribers |

shogz89: .what are you talking about.., so if mtn leaves Nigeria we won't make calls or we won't have data, if ShopRite leaves Nigeria we will all die of hunger,. Or you think if dstv leave Nigeria another cable TV won't come in to show premier-league or champions league Sir get tye message; our penchant for anything provided it is not made it distributed by locals just to show off is our greatest undoing as a nation. Do you asked why NYSC has to import the the gears for corps members instead of buying them within the nation? Or why our DISCOs resort to importing prepaid meters instead of patronising the ones manufactured in Lagos? Or Senators will import utility vehicles for instead of going for Innoson brands? Your not using MTN does not in any way invalidate their market leadership. We should not always be annoyed with the truth. MTN is still keeping a good lead in the telecom industry |

You can only boycott what you have an alternative to. In Nigeria who is competing with DSTv, even in the telecom, other brands are still miles away from MTN.
To worsen, matters, even the poor no longer patronize the kiosks in their neighbourhood but root for ShopRite. The list is endless. |
