First of all, jiji is not a trusted site ( Lots of scammers over there) ..

Going to badagry to meet the seller isn't a problem if you've been there before or know your way around there ..

I would say you should go with Hot 4, as I did yesterday when I went to get the note 2 but it was not available.

I got my hot 4 at 43k at 3CHUB but I'll suggest you go with the pro which has 4G LTE.

Both the hot 4 and the hot 4 pro do not have led light.
