What would you say happened to the budgeted funds released for that recruitment. Baba, as long as you do not know the criteria used in selection and distributing APL you cannot assert that it is based on Merit. I want you to know that. If you want to know what a transparent process is, CBT scores would have been sent to you, cut off would be known. The list that is ready would be visible. In that way, when names are swapped people will know. But all these are unknown. If they swapped like 700 names from the list you wouldn't know sh!t. Even people that have connect will be telling you to pray. What does that tell you? That a lot is going on beyond what they can see and/or control.

At the end, like i always believe, whoever's destiny is designed to work at NNPC would.

In which the apropriate % will be used by FCC to selected the finalist as said before, to balance workforce and state equality.
So I dont believe there will be any state that will produce less than needed quota from their state for the interview..

Guy is not like that they use cut of mark ,from what some people said 42/60 that's 70% so that's what they use not dsame no from each state ,is from interview that d FCC will function.

From a very reliable source, the List was signed yesterday and APL may drop next week. I have a friend that don't pass the CBT but had his interview on Wednesday this week. He wasn't asked any question, he just did documentation cause he's coming in through the Vice presidential list. May God help Us All. Insha Allah, we will get there.

Here's what I wrote earlier.

"Alright. Lemme talk my own.

Nothing significant that has not been heard already.

I spoke to someone (one of my rich toasters huhu) who USED TO work with NNPC he rose through the ranks before leaving for a private oil company.

Same information. He said he spoke to someone who WORKS IN THE GMDs office (high up) about me (I went for the interview) the guy said its ABOVE HIM. I only called him to confirm if my name was on the list but he said he can't see anything it's very confidential. He said I should pray because my state is competitive. Imagine someone working in the GMDs office saying its above him.

Other things he said:
- It's apparently 80% merit 20% politics.
- He spoke to the guy after the Salah break and he told him to expect the letter end of this month.
- They're taking people more from "technical" roles. I'm not sure what that really means. I studied Social Science so I'm not among.
- I didn't ask about TF and APL because he won't know and I'll just look stupid asking about una nairaland theories.

It's nothing I haven't heard here a thousand times. Please don't ask for my state o. Ya girl is trying to stay anon.
