They didn't come in through the back door, that's why they are called Contract Staffs.
Believe it or not, they are well qualified, the reason they couldn't apply at the time of application is simply because of their age that is above the required. Check, these people are useful to NNPC.

I believe there's enough space for both contact staff and EH.

Hey guys, spoke to a Mgt staff concerning EH and conversion of backup staff. He said the issue of conversion of backup up staff is being considered but many of them do not have the necessary qualifications to be placed within SS1-SS6 roles as specified in certain requirements for meeting these roles in Nnpc's conditions of service and also it will be unfair for full staff whom have worked for a long time to get usurped in hierarchy.
The plan is to fix few of them on JS role with a caveat (Could be assessment or getting a better qualification within a time period)

If the managers are moving up,the SS are moving too....imagine if M6 moves to M5,SS1 will move to M6 and the subsequent other level..right now those that have returned from COC are preparing for their MPE....

the Problem there is that he is no longer using the number and address he used to apply for NNPC GT.

According some sources, they are trying to round up everything before 4th of May. The HR has a lot of work to do, as the GMD is trying to retire some of the Top Guns in the corporation. One cannot say if the HR can meet up with the deadline. Thanks elzab for the info. You are in the know looop. Peace.

Everyone applied has required experience that's why they were shortlisted in the first instance. One needs to be very prayerful to be among the chosen ones because many children of elites even have superb credentials and even international experience.

My take on EH recruitment: I just think they want the ultimatum, for GTs to accept offer, to elapse before looking at the empty slots, and then they will factor this (financial implication) into how many EHs they will take and/or how many contract staff will be converted to fill in the empty slots. So, EH APL cannot come before the ultimate given to the new GTs to accept offer. This is just my conjectural theory. No source o.

By the way, new GTs, when is your ultimatum to accept offer?
