The staff in refineries were agitating for transfer to other subsidiaries as there is nothing much going on in the refineries. They argued that their career growth is stunted, hence the agitation for transfer to other subsidiaries. Now, management is trying to sort their issue with some other internal posting before bringing in new EH. This is the info I got from an insider.

After all alot of rumours were going on before suddenly appointment letters dropped on the court day..... And since no more court case against this recruitment, anything can happen.

If the statement by the GMD "we will conclude the recruitment exercise soon" meant almost 100 days, how long do u think the new statement by GMD "The experienced hire component of the recruitment will be addressed in due course" connotes?

There are vacancies but the issue is mainly at the managerial cadre, once the vacancies are filled now, the people in SS1 will find it very difficult to cross over to M level. From SS5 to SS2 no problem, there is room for promotion and ascension, that's why they want to make sure everything is well sorted out.
That's what we heard!!!!!

This is my first comment on this trend
I just think it's necessary I do some post since most of us are still depending on this APL of a thing

I think we should do more investigation, because from what I heard from a very reliable person.

He said the recruitment has already been done, and they are already working now, even with his post in the company he wasn't able to get his children in.

He said most of the recruite are people who didn't even take any test not to talk of interview.

I am not saying he is entirely true, I am just saying we should do some more digging. So as to be able to move on and know the next step in life

I mean no offense and I am not asking for any insult guys. We are all local man

Please, how come PPPR entry level is #351,000 monthly which is far better than NNPC as some people said here?

I also wonder how NNPC will not close out this recruitment, this PPPRA started their recruitment in July and by November they finished.

All these sources couldn’t tell you when invites for aptitude test or interview would roll out. Yet a whole APL lol.
While some sources might be genuine, because of the dynamics of this recruitment, it seems what they said failed.
But you see some sources, total gibberish spilling tap. It’s annoying.
Please let’s stop associating the court case with this recruitment.
If Nnpc are ready , APL would be released. Nobody should mention court case or lawyer.
Nnpc will settle this outside the court but that won’t stop APL from being released when it is time.
If only some of you knew that your names are in the APL, you’d enjoy every bit of Christmas and new year.
Infact start shopping for some sharp clothes now you are broke because when this oil money hits you, you might not reason outfit again lol

Hello hopefuls,

There was a sitting between the House committee on public complaints and GMD Nnpc regarding the recruitment sometime last week, another one is scheduled for 11th December, 2019. What I learnt is that the committee are in support of contract staffs being adopted as permanent staffs, while the GMD gave reasons to the contrary. But this is just what I heard as it might not be the reason APL hasn’t been released yet.

Wonderful. Congrats to him. PPPRA is arguably the best paying Government Agency in the Petroleum Sector, followed by PEF.

Nobody will sue PPPRA now wo, but NNPC that decided to conduct a public & transparent exercise, one slowpoke has taken it to court.

No brother. there was a meeting today at the towers that apparently would have discussed this issue along with the improved pay package for employees. but thats just what i heard, won't know till this week if it held or anything came out of it.

The APLs rumoured to being collected are for contract staff (Third Party) within some SBUs eg NPSC. It has nothing to do with the NNPC APL currently being anticipated.

Never wanted sayin a word though, but this is from a very good source, someone very close to the former GMD's son said :
printing of appointment letter started on friday 30th of August.
Only few people were allowed to enter the printing room and no one enters with his/her phone.
The GMD has stopped/limited any form of external factors and interference on the exercise.
The recruitment can stand out to be one of the best and most transparent in the history of NNPC

recruitment.
He is not sure when APL will be released.
The question we should ask ourselves is how long will it take NNPC to print our APL?
Is there any meeting/ signing or any form of approval after the printing?
After answering all this, we can make a guess as to when APL will drop.
9/10th is still feasible if everything can happen within a week which I doubt much.
