B4 I asked when the promotional exam will start, I felt the exam was ongoing but became confused when someone said that it is yet to be conducted. I guess the exams will be concluded this month.

Hi guys and ladies,

So I've been off this platform for some time now, actually left because I wasn't successful in the GT's recruitment.

Well before I left, I read some messages from peeps giving advices that one can learn Software engineering (tech skills) and get a good job.

Fortunately, I decided to pick up some software skills, fast forward Sha ( with sleepless nights, long hours of coding and applying for software jobs). I got a remote job (last month) that pays a lil above a million every month.

I'm just writing this to encourage y'all. I am really shocked to see that NNPC stalled the recruitment for EH up till now, I'm sure the wait is frustrating. Substantial time and focus that would have been spent doing other productive things is being wasted scrolling through nairaland in expectation of APL news or the likes. I understand.

However, I need to advise someone here, If you have time on your hands, pls pick up a soft skill, it must not be software engineering, it could be video editing, graphics design, data science, data analytics etc.

With access to the right information, you would easily be making a living off these skills. I'm sure this will help someone here.

In all genuiness, the pattern did not click Monday and Tuesday. . It is a happening that has happened before interview dates were released. I speak as a human being. Let me be plain as a human being. Personally I know a pattern, the pattern happened before interview dates was released. The pattern scarcely happens, but the pattern is very likely to happen in related way on Monday next week, except it is shifted till Tuesday. I I am not God, only God knows best, but that pattern has worked. That is the pattern I am watching. Anyway, God knows the best. I speak based on my personal observation, so take it easy with me.... God knows best

You guys are so fortunate that the E.H APL will be released. Lucky applicants who escaped and went into great success.... Write it down again: by the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, the E.H APL will be released... Don't panic!! Never give up!!

Dont beat around the Bush guys..its either you take it and move on or you fight for a logical conclusion....

E.H recruitment is not suspended. The remaining days of April still valid for hopefuls. Resumption is likely July from overheard discussion.

But truth be told, there is no way the training can commence with the current pandemic in place. Remember social distancing ET all. Remember d training will include classroom and field trips. All the new GTs can pray and hope for is that this whole thing blows over soon. Sadly enough, at this rate it may definitely shift the goal post for notifications for the EH component. The latter part saddens me too.
