InCar_Nav:

hmmm- one day one day Nigeria will become a better place - but come to think of it - if u are Nigerian, and you think nothing works in Nigeria, and Nigeria is such a bad place, then why are you still identifying with Nigeria or anything nigerian? especially by coming to this forum? me see that as hypocrisy -

well - as someone said -threads usually gets overtaken by so called over sabis. -

You make so much irrelevant noise. Unless you want to pretend, this forum has largely survived the last two yrs solely because of the contributions of Nigerians based abroad and not you 2 post hypocrites coming here to pretend like you love your country while trooping to the travel section begging for a way out of your misery.

We identify with Nigeria because we are Nigerians. That we live elsewhere does not suddenly strip us of our identity considering a lot of us still have family living among you. I see it as much more than hypocrisy when people like you make so much noise here only to end up at the US embassy to queue for a visa!

@DaPrince

You know there is a car passing on the road where you live? why not jump in front of it if u think I am stupid? If u don't do that, then I am not stupid but u are worse than stupid.

for someone with an alleged phd you certainly have emotional issues. you keep trumpeting that you finished with a shell scholarship and live in the UK? So? And you come on spewing venom at those who you accuse of looking down on others for living abroad? When your own 2 posts clearly drip with venom, unecessary arrogance and stupidity.

TV/Movies / Re: Watch David Blaine Pluck His Heart Out Of His Body ! by PTH(m): 4:54am On Aug 26, 2007
that was false.
1. the heart is a dynamic organ, it would have kept pumping even after being ripped out of his chest. We dont see any blood spurting out rather it is limply dripping.

2. He should have had a massive blood loss from the aorta being torn away from the heart. we dont see that.

3. The heart lies behind the rib cage. You cant just stick your fingers through ur rib cage and pull out your heart. Surgeons have to mechanically separate the ribs during open heart surgery.

Paw-Paw:

This people are just too proud to say what dey do. If Nigerian youths know the kind of work available to them abroad, they will stop lining up at foreign embassies. I will make it my duty to expose the suffering our brothers and sisters abroad face. They are too shy to tell anybody, I have plenty people abroad so I know the nitty gritty of jobs Nigerians do. When I see them in Lagos speaking with their nose I sometimes wonder if this is as a result of them putting something in their nose at work. Oyinbo don't speak with nose even. They come to Nigeria and pretend to be ajebutter, how can some one doing menial job be ajebutter? I hate this stupid people.

the above is the summary of an ignorant and mendacious oaf (thanks I-man). grin

Food / Re: Nigerian Recipes by PTH(m): 11:06pm On Aug 25, 2007
salsera:

maybe its because eating bukka food is an everyday thing

whilst chinese and all other what nots are rare

this attitude is only to be found among nigerians. Chinese people will always come over to the US and eat Chinese food, ditto for the Italians, Greeks, Jews, Arabs. Nigerians on the other hand wont even eat their own food within their own country!! shocked Is it about food being rare or because certain people feel it is a status symbol to be seen eating foreign food.

You'd be shocked to find some female Nigerian students recoiling in false horror anytime you mention eating eba or amala!! Na wa o.

Instead of just confessing that you are looking for cost-friendly dates, you are adducing nationalistic reasons to condemn women who want to bleed you dry. grin

that is 10% of the reason. grin Sometimes eating in a bukka is more expensive than mr. Biggs depending on where u go.
