Dr manhattan has fixed everything and promised a DC/Marvel crossover

this is the Geoff Johns DC fans (not me) knows

He wasn't, if you remember from the comics and even the series, he said that everyone was like a puppet but he can see the strings meaning even though he can experience the past, present and future simultaneously, he can't alter anything that is/would happen.

He knew he was going to die, yet he prevented his powers from falling into the wrong hands. Senator Keene would had still died if he was to absorb Manhattan's power because of the unfiltered radiation like trieu said. She was the only one capable of truly taking away his powers yet he made Will Reeves contact her for help.

If there is going to be a season 2(big IF), I think they will actually show that Manhattan isn't truly dead, he will just reform his body back though that might take some time because nobody actually absorbed the power the millennium clock took post frozen squid attack. That radiation is somewhere reforming Manhattan.

In the end, if you take a closer look, he didn't actually die, he exposed the white supremacists, killed a billionaire narcissist. I think that was the smart decision he made.

As long as Greg Berlanti is the producer, expect the same level of mediocrity in any new shows as his other shows. If you now throw Geoff Johns into the mix, expect nothing but a retarded TV show.

Geoff is even the one that passes me off the most...he is a goddamn writer FFS his comic book persona is too different from what he puts on TV like he has a personality disorder or something

The story in season one is a kind of a one-off and doesn't leave anything unresolved for season 2.

But Watchmen was a success for HBO and getting an average of 7 million viewers per episode....so they might do another season...who knows.

I myself desperately need more high quality DC TV series like Watchmen.
I'm tired of the average shows that Greg Berlanti and Geoff Johns keep serving us.
