I don't even see any dark tone in MoS sef, what I see there is movie that is more realistic as to how one will react if a being with superpowers exist......

They have found their winning formulae. Bt what if that franchise doesn't? There are reas0ns why the mcu films, fast and furious franchise are box office hits, they avoid reb0ots and fidgetty m0ves no matter the recepti0ns. Had fox reb0otd the x men franchise after the last stand, we w0n't have had days of future past, the w0lverine and logan. WB aren't what u folks think they are. Patty Jenkins has l0ng been a fan of w0nder w0man [hence her kn0wledge in the lore], James wan wanted to experiment cos he was vast with fx and visuals and c0mics. Sandberg also. So, they're vast when it c0mes to films. Wan isn't just a h0rror director, he's d0ne other films. These directors have a wide array of films and kn0wledge regarding it aside Sandberg who u may tag horror director. Saying dc's films worked out well becos horror directors were used, counterz ur statement when u said 'snyder' was trash, c0nsidering zack t0o is a 'horror' director with a similarly acclaimed film dawn of the dead.
