To me, Dapo Abiodun is just wicked. He could not feign ignorance of the sufferings of millions of Ogun residents, twice each each day. The amount of time, energy and fortunes wasted each day. A responsible, humane and open-hearted governror would have done something, at least something meaningful palliative. Does he think everyone is ignoramus.
