crazydove: Nah...not portsmouth.not sure if I will be going for law next year.my eyes are on management(hrm) even though 'm not good with maths lols I'm doing Business/HRM combined, come next month at Mmu. That maths you mentioned sends shivers down my spine. It's my Goliath and has always been. I can't even work my tax out and prospective employers would be expecting me to do a company's payroll, in big figures for that matter. |

vickkyv: Any one going to mmu this sept? Can I apply for visa last week of august I'm going MMU this september. I dont' know how long it takes the British High Commission to grant visas but I suggest you apply as soon as possible to avoid last minute rush and as well to give you more time to take care of any unforeseen circumstance that comes with visa application (in case they arise). Of less importance, you might miss the freshers week. Just in case you're not here before your course starts, let the admission office be aware. See you around! |

I remember in my college days, one of my tutors is Nigerian and she always talk about getting married to a rich man, apparently she's allergic to Nigerian men. She doesn't like me for some unbeknown reason and I'm the only Nigerian in her class. |

Personally I didn't have much luck with Nigerian girls in the past, both here and back home. Nothing against our beautiful ladies but honestly most Nigerian babes are money hungry. |

Ndeewonu: Don't mind them. Nothing is wrong with you. You have great talents and disposition they cannot match. I was born a typical introvert, almost a recluse! I know I felt this way too at some point. I tried to Ed and study. I discovered I am a PERFECT MELANCHOLIC (I know you may also be the same; read Florence Litteur's book, PERSONALITY PLUS).
However, I started coming out. I interacted, I spoke, I played and joked. After I taught my subordinates about the four Temperaments, I asked my students where I fall, they answered, YOU ARE A POPULAR SANGUINE! What? Popular Sanguine is an extreme extrovert in all ramifications. I was so happy because people could feel I am the opposite of an introvert. It means, you too can learn, and amend.
One thing you should know is that introverts are very intelligent, very artistic, musical and calculating. I was so happy because people could feel I am the opposite of an introvert. It means, you too can learn, and amend. You are not an introvert, you're just shy and waiting to burst out of your shell. Introverts love who they are and wouldn't compromise a tiny bit of their personality to "fit in" even though we are excusably misunderstood. One thing you should know is that introverts are very intelligent, very artistic, musical and calculating. This is true tho |
Family › Re: What Is Wrong With Being An Introvert? by purpledandelion: 8:42pm On Jun 22, 2015 |
Well, I'm normally considered boring because I don't hangout with my other extro friends, ok maybe once every so often. I have many friends but none of them understands me. I enjoy video games, reading, taking a walk in the park, visual documentaries and technology, music is a huge part of me and I absolutely love nature. I'm mistaken for being a shy guy but if I can be myself around you, I will give you a run for your money.
I can spend meaningful time indoor for days, I value deep conversations and yes I know a little bit of most things. I do a lot of listening than talking and I'm very sensitive and strong willed. I always have the feeling that I have an image to protect. This is a sneak peek of my personality. If this sounds like you, we can be friends. |
