Is it the employer that applies and what documents do they usually need from the employee. I'm confused about this.

I don't really know how you can book for authentication of your documents. You can try contacting the embassy on that because I also visited that site and I wasn't able to book as well.

You need to send an email to the district office... You can get the email from the anabin site. It mostly takes 1 to 4 months depending on the state.
