I don't think there would be any selection headache here. on that list we have those that have inside chance while some have outside chance. March is not like 8months time, it is next month and as from 3 weeks time we should be expecting the list of invitees. So anybody that wants to impress Rohr should have already commenced doing that now.

English Premier League side West Ham United have signed 20 year old Nigerian striker Oladapo Afolayan after a short trial, the club confirmed in a statement on their official website.

Signed from National League club Solihul Moors, the forward will initially spend time with the U23s of the Premier League side, who are campaigning in the Premier League 2.

Blessed with pace and an eye for goal, he was signed on a three and a half year deal for an undisclosed fee. Oladapo will be hoping he re-enact same form that ‎saw him score goals for fun in the National League.

Oladapo is originally from London and spent time at Chelsea alongside the likes of Tammy Abraham and Dominic Solanke , when he was around eleven to 15 years old.

Eligible to represent England, the land of his birth, he can also play for Nigeria as his father is from the West African country. A link that could trigger a potential tug of war for his service at international level if he clicks at West Ham.
He should be given a chance in one of those.
Friendlies, I believe in his airial and frivantic movement upfronts.

@ TheSuperNerd you raised a question about Echiejile.

I believe in the role experience can play in the defense especially the experience of playing together with other defenders in the team, but, I know where to draw the line between experience and ability.

One LB I know that is miles ahead of Echiejile is Brian Idowu.

I don't know how many LBs Rohr plans taking to Russia but if it is one then Idowu it is. But if he opts for 2 LBs he will have to decide on who to drop between Echiejile and Aina and that would be after assessing them in the proposed friendlies.

Idowu and Aina should make the 23 man squad to Russia, Echiejile the pensioner has no business in the team smiley

Ideye Hails Home Eagles For Reaching CHAN 2018 Final, Thumbs Up Ajiboye’s Showing Vs Sudan
By James Agberebi

Nigeria striker, Brown Ideye, has congratulated the home-based Super Eagles following their qualification for the final of the 2018 Total African Nations Championship (CHAN) on Wednesday in Marrakech, Morocco, Completesportsnigeria.com (CSN) reports.

A 17th minute strike by Gabriel Okechukwu, secured a 1-0 win for the Eagles against Sudan and a first-ever final berth in CHAN.
Both teams had a player sent off – Ifeanyi Ifeanyi received a second yellow card for a dangerous tackle, while Sudan’s Bachir Bakri was shown a straight red card for tripping Dayo Ojo who was goal bound.
The Eagles will face hosts Morocco in the final on Sunday in Casablanca.

Morocco also qualified for their first-ever CHAN final after defeating Libya 3-1 in extra-time also on Wednesday.
Reacting to the Eagles qualification for the final, Ideye who recently joined Spanish LaLiga outfit, Malaga, hailed Home Eagles’ goalkeeper, Dele Ajiboye for an outstanding performance after replacing the injured Ikechukwu Ezenwa.
“Waoh!!! Ajiboye! Congratulations guys. #TotalCHAN2018,” Ideye wrote on his verified Twitter handle.
