Ok, he was selected now, I thought 👁️ Pob were excited Tinubu was used and dumped. You were saying he would decamp to SDP when Buhari's candidate received the "Anointing oil".

I just dey like am as una dey change mouth.
PoliticsRe: There Would Be No Exemptions From Sharia - Gov Musa Kwankwaso (Throwback) by Putindbutt(op): 6:53pm On Feb 12
I will say it again, OBJ is the worst President ever to happen to Nigeria. If he had not allowed this to happen, there would be no groups of ragtag spring out of nowhere to declare a caliphate or try to establish one within the same country. And which is what gave birth to Terrorism - the product of PDP regime.

Then again, there's a part of Elrufai paying off bandits to stop the bloodshed of Nigerians. And I'm glad that his days of retribution has finally come. He should have been the first on US list.
PoliticsThere Would Be No Exemptions From Sharia - Gov Musa Kwankwaso (Throwback) by Putindbutt(op): 6:42pm On Feb 12
Nigeria's most populous northern state, Kano, proclaimed the adoption of Islamic sharia law yesterday but delayed its application until the Muslim holy month of Ramadan, beginning in late November.

Tens of thousands of jubilant Muslims chanted Allahu Akbar (God is greater) as the state governor, Rabiu Kwankwaso, made the proclamation at a brief ceremony on a prayer ground ringed by paramilitary troops and armoured vehicles.

The delayed application of the law and a public holiday proclaimed by the state government helped avert feared violence between Muslims and Christians in the state capital, Kano.

Non-Muslims, who dominate commercial activity in the state, stayed indoors.

Attempts earlier this year to adopt sharia, which has a strict Koranic penal code, in the more cosmopolitan neighbouring state of Kaduna triggered sectarian clashes in February and May in which hundreds of people died.

Kano has the biggest Muslim population of any of Nigeria's 36 states: 90% of its 8m inhabitants.

President Olusegun Obasanjo, a Christian, is under pressure from non-Muslims to seek a supreme court ruling on the constitutionality of sharia law in secular Nigeria.

Mr Kwankwaso said there would be no exemptions from sharia, withdrawing an earlier statement that a predominantly non-Muslim area would be exempted.

Kano is the second Nigerian state to proclaim sharia, following the northern state of Zamfara. Other northern states seem certain to be encouraged by the peaceful launch in Kano.

PoliticsRe: Gov Soludo, Emeka Offor Visit President Tinubu In Aso Villa by Putindbutt(m): 5:56pm On Feb 12
Responsibie, wealthy Ibos are supporting Tinubu, even Arthur Eze who supported Gbajue in the last election is now the biggest supporter of President Tinubu. Meanwhile the noisemakers, online mobs, hiding inside 2by2 and running after vehicles in traffick to sell gala are the ones hating and punching their phone screen over Tinubu.

In the last Anambra election, APC came second behind APGA despite Gbajue relocating to Anambra to campaign massively for his candidates. APC even defeated Gbajue in his ward.

One would think APC would not secure one vote the way h.ö.ë.b.i.d.i.e.n.t.s were bragging and boasting on social media. They will say "you don't know Ibos, no ibo would vote for APC" bla bla bla.

I pity anyone who takes those keyboard warriors seriously, Tinubu will get at least 25% in every SE state in 2027.

We don't need him arrested at the airport, we need him detained when he reports himself at the EFCC office t explain where he kept $350m world bank loan he collected.

His passport has been seized, that's just one step out of many. Prepare his bed beside Malami, they will be in jail till 2031.

This one is a learner, Lol. This is what you get when you make a serial election loser and an incompetent clown your party's spokesman. Who's going to take the party serious?

The other day when they lost all bye elections woefully, they came up with excuses. And now, their useless protest has failed and this clown is coming out to hail their failed protest as a victory.
You protested for mandatory electronic transmission but you didn't get it, so what victory are you talking about?. When some members of your group are crying already.

Tell me a protest which APC embarked upon as opposition party and didn't achieve 100% results?.

These ones are learners masquerading as opposition. A bunch of losers who came together with the aim to get back to power. That's why sensible Nigerians are pissing on them.

Go and learn work, una no sabi nada.

Bro, your tears dey sweet my belle.

PoliticsRe: Senate Sets Up Committee To Harmonize Electoral Amendment Bill by Putindbutt(op):
At the end of the day, no mandatory electronic transmission, no compulsory real-time transfer.

The real time transfer of results in one polling unit would not be the same as another polling unit. Real time transfer of results to iRev could be 5mins after counting of results in one polling unit while it could be 45 mins, 1hr or 2hrs or more in other polling units.

End of the day, form EC8A remains the authentic and primary source of results. Whatever votes that's on form EC8A remains binding on all parties. If you like, don't have agents in over 40,000 polling units like one Loser Party(LP) did in the last election and were wailing everywhere. And they couldn't present evidence in court.

We're only waiting for opposition or coalition of vultures and hyenas to present their Presidential candidate because we need a whipping boy to make the campaign a lot more fun.

As we await INEC to announce President Tinubu the winner of 2027 election, we remind you once again that all your noise only end on social media. Your noise and protest achieved nothing. By now, all those jesters and clowns protesting at the national assembly would return to their house with their tails between their legs... Losers!
PoliticsSenate Sets Up Committee To Harmonize Electoral Amendment Bill by Putindbutt(op): 3:54pm On Feb 10
The Senate has appointed a 12-member conference committee to harmonise differences between its version of the Electoral Act (Amendment) Bill and that of the House of Representatives.
Senate President, Godswill Akpabio, announced the decision during an emergency plenary session on Tuesday.

“After consultation with the leadership, we have moved the number from nine to 12. I will now read out the names of the conference committee members from the Senate,” Akpabio said on the floor of the Senate.

The members are:

1. Senator Simon Bako Lalong – Chairman
2. Senator Mohammed Tahir Monguno – Member
3. Senator Adamu Aliero – Member
4. Senator Orji Uzor Kalu – Member
5. Senator Abba Moro – Member
6. Senator Asuquo Ekpenyong – Member
7. Senator Aminu Iya Abbas – Member
8. Senator Tokunbo Abiru – Member
9. Senator Niyi Adegbonmire (SAN) – Member
10. Senator Jibrin Isah – Member
11. Senator Ipalibo Banigo – Member
12. Senator Onyekachi Nwebonyi – Member.

He urged the committee to treat its assignment as urgent, expressing optimism that the process could be concluded swiftly.

“When you meet, you should recognise that this is a matter of urgency. I believe that if you are able to conclude within the next few days or one week, the President should be able to sign the amended Electoral Bill into law within the month of February,” he said.

He said that the outcome would be transmitted promptly to President Bola Tinubu for assent within February.

Senator Akpabio subsequently struck the gavel, formally constituting the committee.

Tuesday’s session tended towards rowdiness, with speakers interrupted intermittently at the Red Chambers.

Disagreements emerged among lawmakers after a motion sponsored by Senator Tahir Monguno was put up for consideration.

He had suggested that the Senate reverse its approval of clause 60(3) of the Electoral Act (Repeal and Enactment) Bill, 2026. The clause concerns the modalities for the electronic transmission of election results.

Akpabio aligned with a proposal that recognises electronic transmission as the primary method, with manual submission of results using Form EC8A permitted only in cases of technical failure.

The proposal sparked debate, prompting Senator Enyinnaya Abaribe to call for individual voting, a request he later withdrew.

The emergency plenary was convened amid backlash over amendments to the Electoral Act, particularly provisions relating to the electronic transmission of election results.

The controversy centres on Clause 60(3), where the Senate, last week, removed the requirement for real-time electronic transmission, retaining the 2022 Act provision that empowers the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to determine the mode of transmission.

There were also widespread protests, including the Occupy National Assembly demonstration in Abuja, where civil society organisations, opposition parties, and prominent figures such as Peter Obi and Rotimi Amaechi demanded mandatory real-time electronic transmission to strengthen electoral credibility.

But Akpabio has clarified that the Senate had not rejected electronic transmission, explaining that the removal of the phrase “real time” was intended to prevent legal complications arising from network failures and to allow INEC operational flexibility.

While critics argue that the amendment weakens transparency, several senators insist that a majority of the chamber supports electronic transmission and that the disagreement is limited to the wording, not the principle itself.

Same Gbajue under whom Anambra University went on a six month strike and same man who refused to conduct LG elections for 7years and 9months, diverting all LG allocations into his private pocket.

Such an undemocratic fraud who does not believe in democratic process when he was Governor is now protesting over an electoral process today, just for the sake of deceiving his gullible supporters as usual. God indeed is a patient God.

I wish we had China or North Korea treatment, this fraud from Agulu would have been served tey tey.

So, I am wondering why 👁️ Pob leaders are here crying while their followers were giving themselves false hope on the thread yesterday.

We have often say that reality is different from online. Emma Powerless and other 👁️ Pob leaders are in real life crying but their followers are on social media lying and deceiving themselves.

There's no way you can win any battle against Nigeria whether internally or externally, una too small abeg. All enemies of Nigeria who became " emergency lovers" will continue to lose.
