OP,the #20,000 is not a loan.
It is pocket money and it will be given to the students every month.
The school fees which is interest free, will be paid straight to the accounts of the different schools.

Thank you as always for your clarification. It has never been in doubt that the Igbos are the leaders in manufacturing, wholesale and retail of pharmaceuticals nationwide.

In all I see not reason why the youths leave the substance and chase the shadows.

We demand good governance and better societies and not the meaningless talk here all the time by a certain uncontrolled group of people.
Stop this lie.
Igbos dont own up to 50% pharm companies in Nigeria.

Politics / Re: BREAKING: Organizers Announce Date For Resumption Of Hunger Protests by Putinofrussia: 6:52pm On Aug 10
ify2016:
Organizers of the nationwide hunger protests have announced that the demonstrations will resume on October 1.

POLITICS NIGERIA reports that nationwide protests were held from August 1st to 10th over the increased cost of living in the country.

Omoyele Sowore, the Action Alliance Congress (AAC) presidential candidate and a key organizer, made the announcement in an interview on News Central TV.

He revealed that ongoing meetings between organizers have been focused on strategizing the next phase of the protests.

“This protest will resume at the beginning of October and might even start earlier depending on situational variables.”

The organizers are demanding a reversal of fuel subsidies, an increase in the minimum wage to N250,000, the release of Nnamdi Kanu, and the adoption of a new constitution.

Despite President Bola Tinubu’s appeal to end the protests, the organizers have vowed to continue, dismissing his speech as unconvincing.https://politicsnigeria.com/breaking-organizers-announce-date-for-resumption-of-hunger-protests/

So you agree Emzor is not listed?

Assuming it is not, and you want to make a case of major Nigerian pharmaceutical firms and knowing full well that some big names may not be there in NSE, yet he went ahead and still wanted the result to represent his claims. And then someone who thinks he's smart backs him. You people should know how to conduct representative research and where to get data for such. It's so simple to ask. 😂😂

It is not only Emzor that is not listed,so are other pharm companies owned by Yorubas.
He only mentioned the ones on NSE.
Emzor is not among. It is a very famous brand.Been hearing the name maybe even beforeI was born grin

Other tribes who also dominate in different sectors. Eg farming by northerners. but the people of the eastern Nigeria respect that fact.

These are not up to 30% of Pharmaceuticals in Nigeria.

The Op just listed the ones listed on the NSE.

I am not an Igbo man but I am a pharmacist who know the industry very well. I can authoritatively tell you that 90% of the pharmaceutical companies in Nigeria are run by the Igbos.

Notable among these are

Emzor
Zolon
Greenlife
Juhel
Embassy
Visko
NGC
Orange Druga
Pharmabase
NCI
Geineth
Pocco
Nkoyo

Just a few.

These are multi billion naira companies not listed on NSE

Continue to deceive yourself.
These are the pharm companies in Nigeria and Igbos dont have up to 50%.

Believe the fake guy at your peril. cheesy
He knows that in business,Igbos cannot come close to the Yorubas who are not only dominating in Nigeria but the only Nigerians standing toe by toe with the Europeans in business.

What usually deceives the Igbos is their clustering in some locations especially in Lagos.
Yorubas dominate the building materials markets....iron rods, nails, corrugated sheets, aluminium, glass, sand, cement, woods, planks, headpans, shovel, paint etc in Nigeria but they are mostly not clustered in one,two places.
Lagos island market is dominated by Yorubas with a sprinkle of Igbos here and there.
Just as Yoruba men are richer than the Igbo men also are Yoruba women far richer than Igbo women.

Go to Oshodi,Lagos island markets, you see women using 3 storey buildings to house their wares solely owned by them.
Expensive cloth materials, jewelleries, beauty products, baby care etc businesses ate dominated by Yoruba women in Nigeria.

I don't know why you Yorubas are always battling with inferiority complex. You Yorubas should understand that you are not equals with the Igbos no matter how you try, that is a fact..
Firstly, the Op mentioned just few names he knew for ego sake and fellow haters like him are commenting in estacy... He forgot to mention Orange drugs, he forgot Emzor,
Ok, most of you Yorubas don't see beyond your hamlets in Osogbo that's why you will just wake up one morning after sipping fermented palm wine get a data of 100 naira to be typing trash becos we Igbos imported cheap techno Phones for you to use in insulting us

For your information, the three Biggest drugs wholesale and distribution markets in Nigeria are located at , Onitsha, Aba and Kano all controlled by the Igbos, fact! Go and verify.

Even if your Yoruba brothers finish producing whatever drugs he is producing without going to Onitsha to chew Kola, that drugs will not sell in Nigeria, go and verify.

So I wonder the level of ignorance you Yorubas are harbouring in your DNAs that is a product of jealousy and hate, you people should seek help. .. Igbo no be una mate know this and know peace.

Are you saying that Yorubas are grester than Igbos in business or saying that Igbos are better than Yorubas in business?
I didnt really get you.

lIn business and most other ventures except just a couple or so,Yorubas are on top with empirical fsct and reality.

Yorubas do not only make wealth in Nigeria, they are the only Nigerians abroad with multibillion dollars/pounds businesses and still growing.

Just as Yorubas dominate the building materials market, new and second hand vehicles, fuel and fuel stations, sea food etc in Nigeria, they are also the only Nigerians with businesses that have spanned over 100,90,80,70 years and still growing.
Our very good Igbo brothers do not have one business that is over 40 years.
You can see the difference when we talk about business acumen, sense and savviness.

Politics / Re: What Policy Has Tinubu's Administration Ever Got Right? by Putinofrussia: 9:06am On Aug 09
Students interest free loan is a novel innovation that is close to my heart.
Coupled with #20,000 pocket money to students every month.
I just benefited from it yesterday.

The consumer credit scheme is also a very intelligent policy that will massively help the poor, middle class and even the rich.

The CNG innovation is going to bring down the price of PMS in the long run.

Taking taxes off imported drugs and food items for some months is going to lessen hunger and help the citizens in help matters.
etc...

They have milked it to its knees.

arguing blindly with baseless postulations the Nigerian way... No matter how you hate it truth will always prevail... investigate and help your knowledge.....igbo are always a different breed
Why do you think the British wanted to suppress the igbo by all means?

This is from an unbiased Yoruba man

Say from an uninformed Yoruba man.
Give us real fact from verifiable source not an ignorant person who gulps whatever he is given.

Stop hood winking yourself......,. during the era of regionalism every region pulled its own weight...cocoa plantations in the West, ground nut pyramids and tin from the North, Palm oil, cocoa and rubber from the east and FYI the eastern Nigeria economy was the fastest growing economy in the WORLD . You can fact check. After the war until now all of Nigeria spins around oil revenue Abuja as you know it is all oil money the police , army etc is all oil driven
lol
Eastern economy fastest in the world for what?
Poverty?
There was no time Eastern region economy was better than the North's talkless of the Western region.
The westerners used their wealth then to build cocoa house, run free education, free health care, built SW mission houses in London (which Nigeria is using now) and Saudi, give Nigerians tv,radio etc.
Till date,no region has been able to build an establishment as tall as cocoa house.

South West is richest from SS and SE oil driven economy.....SW and north gang up to marginalize , rob and loot the richest regions....how long do you honestly think this wicked evil will hold up ?
No sir,SW has always been the richest and most developed region of Nigeria and this is because its people are hard and smart working.
Ibadan was then where all Nigerians were fleeing to because it was the most developed and richest.
Even as we speak,Yorubas are still the richest Nigerians both in Nigeria and abroad.
During regionalism,Western region lent 12 million pounds to Nigeria just to tell you how versatile Yorubas are in making wealth.
Nigeria really affected SW nagatively. We still give oraises to the Omniscient sha.

The group is obviously right.
If Igboho says that Fulani should leave the SW,it is a sure thing that Yorubas will leave the core North too.
The funny thing is that we have millions of them in the SW unlike the Yorubas in the North that are very less in number.
SW being the richest and most developed part of Nigeria, has the most migrants than anywhere in Nigeria.
This has always been the case but the abolition of regionalism, exacerbated this.

Politics / Re: Protest Resumes In Ibadan Despite Tinubu’s Broadcast by Putinofrussia: 6:11pm On Aug 07
Let them protest in peace if they dont want to dialogue.
They should watch it so they dont inhibit others from exercising their right of movement.
I am suspecting a made up story because there is no picture and no other news outlet seems to know any protest in Ibadan today.

What's the point of this? Always looking for those who smell worse than you so as to justify your bad odour can't lead us to any progress. Meanwhile, UK Prime Minister may even have the right to talk tough since the government out there does far more for the people than here. There's no ground for any fair comparison dear.

One article talks about Obi Obsession and Reno Omokri. Now, I know it's not only Omokri but also Onanuga and millions others including Chinkoalhaji who are victims of this mental disease. You talk about Obi even when nobody is talking about him. I believe you dreamt about Obi all through last night. Rufai Oseni would ask "kini Peter Obi?". There's certainly something different about this Peter Obi that makes you think and talk about him all the time.
You sound dull.
Have you heard tit for tat before?
The funny thing is that it has proven very effective.
Looks like a jigsaw?
