Politics / Re: Now Tinubu Agreed He Caused The Hardship Can Sycophants, Fraudsters, Liars Rest? by Putinofrussia: 7:10am On Feb 29
savenaijatoday:
The problem of Nigeria are not those who stick out their heads to say the bitter truths and tell the government what's not working but the sycophants, fraudsters and liars who turn and shuffle the truth, deceive the government by praising them when they're not doing well. How can you exonerate Tinubu who met naira at 700 and watched hit 1750? How can you exonerate Tinubu who met a bag of rice at 40k and allowed hit 90k? How can you exonerate Tinubu who removed subsidy without having a plan on ground? You prefer blaming Buhari instead. You're the biggest problem of Nigeria.
Strangely, most of these tribal praise-singers can't even afford a bag of rice and many dying of the Tinubu-imposed hardship. This is called leaving a miserable life- life of lies, denial and deceit. Nigeria won't get better with that. Change abeg.
In Yorubaland, when things go awry, the king is to blame and when it is rosy, the king takes the praise, that is why Tinubu takes responsibility of whatever happens.
So what are you driving at,sir?
Politics / Re: Nigeria Will Work If South East Works - Vice President Shettima by Putinofrussia: 5:32pm On Feb 28
Calylove:
He is right. The igbos hold the key to the industrialisation of Nigeria.

You can check my signature on ways to come out of this hardship.

The industrialization of Nigeria is a complex process that involves various factors, including the efforts of individuals, especially the igbos. Individuals who contribute to the industrialization of nations often possess certain qualities and characteristics that play a crucial role in driving economic and technological advancements. These are the qualities that we see in the igbos. Here are some qualities of igbos that contribute to industrialization:

Innovative Thinking:

Individuals with a capacity for innovative thinking are crucial for industrialization. They can develop new technologies, processes, and products that drive industrial growth.
Entrepreneurial Spirit:

An entrepreneurial spirit involves the willingness to take risks, start businesses, and invest in new ventures. Entrepreneurs play a vital role in creating and expanding industries.
Technical and Scientific Knowledge:

People with expertise in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) fields are essential for driving technological advancements that underpin industrial progress.
Leadership Skills:

Effective leaders can inspire and mobilize teams to work towards common industrial goals. Leadership is crucial in managing large-scale industrial projects and organizations.
Adaptability:

Given the dynamic nature of industries, individuals who can adapt to changing circumstances, technological advancements, and market demands are more likely to contribute significantly to industrialization.
Educational Background:

A strong educational foundation, especially in fields related to engineering, technology, and management, equips individuals with the knowledge necessary for industrial development.
Work Ethic:

Industrious individuals with a strong work ethic contribute to increased productivity and efficiency, driving the growth of industries.
Collaboration and Networking Skills:

Building collaborations and networks within and outside industries is crucial for accessing resources, expertise, and markets, fostering industrial development.
Vision and Long-Term Planning:

Individuals with a vision for the future and the ability to engage in long-term planning contribute to sustainable industrial development.
Resourcefulness:

Resourceful individuals can optimize the use of available resources, find creative solutions to challenges, and maximize productivity.
Risk Management:

Effectively managing risks is essential in industries. Individuals who can assess and mitigate risks contribute to the stability and growth of industrial sectors.
Global Perspective:

Considering the global market and understanding international trends helps individuals contribute to industries that can compete on a global scale.
These qualities are not exhaustive, and the combination of these attributes can vary among successful contributors to industrialization. Additionally, supportive government policies, infrastructure, and a skilled workforce also play significant roles in the overall process of industrialization.

You can check my signature on ways to come out of this hardship.
Igbos are trying but they don't know how to do business. They always run down their businesses.
You cannot see any of their businesses that has existed for even up to 35 years.
Even their group investment like the Odua investment has been run down.
Why would you want me to trust my business or entity with someone that lacks resilience?
What is also apparent is that they don't have tangible businesses abroad.
They are just like a flash in the pan.
To my mind,I think they are trying but not business savvy.

I beg to disagree. GDP by PPP is even a balanced metric for assessing an economy than nominal GDP. HDIs are better metrics to judge how the living standards of a country is rather than GDP per capita, which just says everyone is wealthy because the population is small and wealth is huge. Another example of that anomaly is Namibia. Where per capita comes in is when the HDI has been adjudged to be high. That is where Barbados and Bahamas surpass their African counterparts - high per capita income and high HDIs.

Gabon and Equatorial Guinea have some of the highest per capita incomes in the continent, but have terribly high poverty rates and abysmally low HDIs. As "poor" Nigeria might be, it is better off than those countries with high per capita incomes.
Well, each of the arguments has its ups and downs truly and the experts globally settled with using per capita.

Politics / Re: How A Millitary Coup Against Tinubu Will Take Place And How It Can Be Prevented by Putinofrussia: 2:33pm On Feb 26
PaNnamdi:
With the rumours making round about some mischievous people scheming on instigating a millitary coup in Nigeria and the recent debunked news of suspicious movements around aso rock villa,I want to use this thread to expose the weak Links in tinubu security architecture that can lead to the successful coup.

Before I start,I want want tinubu to reverse most of his economic policies that are adversely affecting Nigerians because if the current hardship ravaging across Nigeria isn't addressed,am afraid the ignorant masses will have no choice than to support any coup attempt in nigeria irrespective of the ill motives of the coup plotters. One major policy change I am advocating for is that Tinubu and his economic team should peg the Naira exchange rate for the Dollar at a constant rate so as to save the volatile naira from further depreciation and offer temporary relieve to Nigerians.

Weak Links In Tinubu Security Setup

Tinubu shouldn't feel that what happened in other west african countries cant happen in Nigeria. For some time now, there have been rumours of coups making round the country,a serious leader is expected to take these rumours seriously and not debunking everything.

Strategies the Coup Plotters May Use

1) Disinformation

This is the first stage coup plotters In Nigeria are,The strategy of passing out Disinformation is a common millitary strategy used globally. The Essence of this strategy is to give the president a false sense of security by bringing up multiple coup allegations and rumours, the essence of this is to confuse the president on the actual grand scheme of the coup plotters and it strike date, the Russians staged a lot of fake millitary build up and drill at the borders of ukraine before actually invading.Tinubu shouldn't fall for this and he should on the alert.

2)Use Of Compromised Millitary Generals And Officers By The Coup Plotters

There was a video I watched sometime ago about bandits boasting of how they have the military in their pockets and how they will take over Nigeria. These particular set of bandits are from a particular region and share an extreme radical religious belief and ambitions.Tinubu and his team should know that for this evil scheme to unfold, some compromised Millitary officers that share the same radical ideologies with this criminals and their political instigators are already working together, these moles might be heads of some critical millitary formations in Nigeria and may have good connections within the millitary divisional leadership to do their bidding at the rightful time. The only way for president tinubu to break up this plan is to fetch out and retire the heads of critical millitary commands across Nigeria that investigation show that are sympathetic to terrorists and not discharging their duties against Islamic terrorists and replace them with generals from other regions that doesn't share the same radical religious views and beliefs with these criminals(jihadists).

3)Use Of Non kinetic Approach To Kill President Tinubu.

These evil schemers won't always use the barrel of the gun to attack tinubu, but rather they might look for ways to penetrate tinubu inner security circle and carry out sabotage, they could achieve this through either using non kinetic means to assasinate tinubu which includes poisoning, sabotaging tinubu presidential aircrafts while on international and local flights.Tinubu should have a body double that represent him at critical events at this stage.world leaders like Joe Biden ,Vladmir Putin, and other prominent leaders have double agents that have the official facial masks of these world leaders, this enables them to represent these leaders at events whereby assasination plots might take place.

4)Infiltration Of Tinubu Presidential Guards Brigade

This is a popular way coups in Africa takes place. It usually involves the head of the presidential guard overthrowing the president just as it happened recently in Niger republic. These coup plotters would look for ways to infiltrate the presidential guards to do their bidding.A leader like tinubu shouldn't have 100% believe on Millitary presidential guards because they have proven severally to be behind coups mostly ravaging African countries and key players in coups against leaders in countries coups occur globally.

5)All-Out Assault On The Aso Rock Villa And Presidential Guard Brigade

This is a last ditch effort if all plans had failed. These evil men in collaboration with their cohorts from the Nigerian army, navy and air force might launch an attack on Abuja. This was how the failed turkey coup in 2016 occured. These attacks might be launched from infiltrated Millitary divisions from other states that borders Abuja. They might use the guise of counter terrorism operation to enter Abuja before commencing attacks. If these evil men overpower the presidential security aides and guard they will then install their choice representative as the new Millitary head of state.

Important Advice To Tinubu On His Personal Security

President Tinubu shouldn't place all his trust on the presidential guard and Millitary formations in Abuja.Rather,he should set up a non Millitary guard brigade and arm them with Millitary grade weapons such as helicopters and jets. For example the DSS and SSS headquartered in Abuja should be armed with fighter jets, artillery and tanks.Tjis was what president Putin did when it's evident that most of his Millitary commanders where not loyal.By having a non Millitary linked security brigade that uses heavy grade equipment protecting the president and also in addition the the presidential guard based in Abuja,Coup plotters would find it extremely difficult in carrying out their plans.

No matter how bad Nigeria situation is,coup is never an option.

If you are caught now,you will be crying.
Ipo.bs have been dreaming of coup because their Messiah lost but fortunately for Nigerians, there will be no coup.

Tinubu will use his eight years and Nigeria will be a Trillion Dollar economy under Tinubu.
Nigeria will experience exponential prosperity.

I watched the video. It is not a new video and I don't think it is for the hardship.
Moreover,Yorubas intentionally protested because there is hunger caused by high cost of living in Nigeria.
Yorubas have always been the tribe that always protest against previous govt when things are difficult, they did against Babangida,Abacha etc.
It will be bad and a grave tribalistic behaviour if they don't protest against Tinubu because he is a Yoruba man.
As for hunger,Igbos have always had increased hunger and in their region. This is why they run and escape to the rich SW to sell gala, chewing stick, bra etc in the traffic.

I wa born and brought up in Lagos
I was already in secondary school from 2003 when he was governor in the second term.
I don't know where you read what you read.
TINUBU did nothing in Lagos compared to the resources available to him.
1. Lagos was FCT for years and was already set up for progress. Fashola and Ambode are the people that really did something tangible in Lagos.
TINUBU that place a big signpost in oshodi claiming its a federal govt project only for Ambode to do it and he start claiming glory. Same Ambode he removed.

2. Imagine the capital of Nigeria is moved from Abuja to my state Edo 2morow, the person that will now take over Abuja as governor will be claiming to lay the foundation for its economy, it's really funny and foolish to anyone that will buy that story.

What Tinubu did in Lagos was to be giving fish to party members, every Muslims celebration, he will share Harper gift to most of the party members, that was how he bought their loyalty and was able to start imposing successive govt after him.

It is not good to swear but for the truth.
I swear with my life that I have never met or seen Tinubu physically in my life,I am not in APC or any WhatsApp group or any such foolishness or even any other party because I fear them.
I voted for Tinubu and still stand by him even if everybody leaves him.
He has a rare gift that I have not seen any other politician possess...those we know of course..
I researched about Tinubu and Obi..the two people I decided to vote for and I saw that,in my opinion,Tinubu was far above Obi in positive antecedents.
I eventually voted for Tinubu.
Some of my friends call me Emilokan grin
Most of you do not research or find out about what you intend doing that is why you say things you cannot substantiate.
These are some of my findings about Tinubu which I also verified.
...................................................................................

Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu during his 8-year reign as the governor of Lagos state pioneered various reforms in the transportation sector all of which includes road transport, railway transport, water transport, and air transport.

Bola Ahmed Tinubu pioneered the creation of Lagos State Bus Rapid Transport System Lagos with the first phase designed to commence from mile 12 to CMS.

LAGBUS as well as the establishment of Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA) with 200 motorbikes, eight heavy-duty tow vehicles and modern communication equipment to enforce discipline in Lagos roads.

A whopping amount of N14 billion was expended on 417 road construction projects spanning 250 kilometres across the state in the first three years of his administration. 255 of these roads were already completed at that time while others were near completion.

Construction of Adeola-Odekun

Dualisation of Ikorodu-Itokin-Epe Link Road

Dualisation of Ejigbo-Ajao Estate/Airport Road.

Dualisation of Mende/Opebi Link Road.

Expansion of Badagry Expressway.

Also during the first three years, six strategic roads were upgraded to dual carriageway status complete with streetlights, drainage channels and walkways. They are Ikotun/Igando Road in Alimosho, Kudirat Abiola Way in Ikeja, Akin adesola Axis in Eti-Osa, Itire-Lawanson Ojuelegba-Yaba Road in Mushin, Surulere and Mainland LGAs, Awolowo Road in Eti-Osa, and Lagos Island Local Governments Areas, and Moshalashi-Agege Motor Road in Mushin Local The government began laying the foundations for the megacity goal of the state and this brought about the revival of so many sectors in the state of which transportation was one.

Asiwaju resuscitated the moribund Lagos State Ferry Service by rehabilitating the grounded five ferries in the fleet namely; MF Babakekere, MF Jubilee, MF Ologe, MF Topo, MF Illo, and MF Omu all having the capacity to transport over 1000 passengers.
Asiwaju carried out the dualization of Oregun road.
Asiwaju created the Lagos Metropolitan Area Transportation Authority (LAMATA), a public-private partnership agency, as a way to reform the transport system in Lagos to create a world-class intermodal integrated transport system for the megacity goal of the state.
Revival of the light rail network by Bola Ahmed Tinubu as part of the Greater Lagos Urban Transportation Project. The blue line of the project was designed to run 27.5km from Marina through Okokomaiko with 13 stations and an end-to-end journey time of 35 minutes. The redline is designed to run from Agbado to Marina, it will share the right-of-way of the Lagos-Kano Gauge.

Tinubu has the antecedent of growing both living and non living things.
When I read about him,he had that initial problem in Lagos too with the paucity of funds but he overcame and laid a strong foundation for Lagos to become the 5th economy in Africa.
His goal is for Nigeria to be a Trillion Dollar Economy and that will happen even before 7 years from now.

Stupidity is when you tell people to come and get their needs (which almost everybody wants) without providing an orderly way of receiving and arranging them in order to prevent stampede.

I remember the one that happened during former president Jonathan's period, more than a thousand people died.

Our foolish politicians never learn and the equally dumb people do not learn also.
Why risk your life when you see that there is too much crowd, stay away or begin to protest for the organiser to provide an orderly environment.

I heard from some elderly people that in some places they used NIN and it was superbly successful.
The coordinator in that area where the deaths happened should be apprehended and punished for deterence..
