According to the NUC website which can be accessed seamlessly by any interested researcher,there is now a shift and a takeover by the Northerners as the Igbos are pushed off the sidewalk of Professorship into the 3rd position in the rank of who has the higher number of Professors between the two educational gladiators.

SW still continues to be the stallion and champion of Education in Nigeria as the number of their Professors is almost triple that of the Igbos according to the Directory of full Professors in Nigerian Universities.

Our economy always react to the price of oil internationally.After the oil boom president Jonathan enjoyed,the economy of Nigeria slumped in 2014 because oil price slumped internationally even before Buhari came up.

In that 2014,Nigeria had begun to borrow money to pay workers (so says Mrs Okonjo Iweala)Truly,our leaders have always stolen our common patrimony,both military and civilian.

If subsidy was not removed,it would eventually kill Nigeria....I mean the permanent subsidy operational since 40 years ago which had made our refineries continually evade repair even if govt are still paying a temporary subsidy which came about because of fluctuating international price of fuel...
Dangote refinery and other private refineries will be the game changer.
