to be sincere it does. i once had a friend who was residing around iyana ipaja in Lagos. she kept on sending cvs and none called her for interview.i asked her to change her address on the cv to that of mine since i reside on the island. voila, she started getting invites and eventually landed the job. i will advise u find a relative on the island and use their address. when u get the job, there is a way around it. But pls if u reside in Ikorodu and use island address on ur cv and get d job, u are probably shooting urself..cos the stress will tell on u. I wish u d best

please and please dont quit ur job for any msc. it is true the stress is much. i am currently a masters student at unilag too and mine is a part time and yes the fees are high cus it is Law and i close by 5pm too from work. what i do is follow a colleague than jumping a public transport and it makes me get to school in a favorable time. And the beginning would be very stressful but with time, u get to adjust plus ur class governor gets to fix lecture time in a flexible way. i moved from home which is on the island and got a self con close to unilag gate. thereby, reducing the stress on my own part than dashing back to the island by 8pm. besides, when you start classes and everyone comes in late because they are all coming from work. you will get the picture. plus msc does not guarantee you a job after. pls make a wise decision o.

You actually kid yourself by believing that tripe u initially posted was constructive criticism. It was judgement and u had ur gavel, robes and wig all primed for the moment. This isn't even any better, but seeing as ur education in humanity and empathy is sadly lacking, it's no skin off my teeth to school u, ur loud claims at having obtained a degree on a subject u evidently know nothing about not withstanding.

Its safe to say that ALL Nigerians are thieves, fraudsters and drug peddlers because most of the ones seen by the foreigners are, not so? Because u think most of the girls know doesn't mean some were not kidnapped, swindled after paying huge sums of money or truly misled into thinking they'd be provided jobs not ashawo-related. Be wary of hasty generalization...something the prev wannabe project writer should av realised
Hey kiddo, stop trying to sound like a fool. u are doing more harm than good to urself. i can read in between lines unlike u who just types with all sentiments and grief. pls i also can not help but notice how u are trying so much to make use of words so it looks like u r intelligent and doing a good job with ur poor knowledge of philosophy and logic. because u also v committed the fallacy of hasty generalization as u earlier mentioned. so do me well by not quoting me ever again n stick to ur opinion while i stick to mine. ( and for ur claims of me being a wannabe project writer, u rily should reread that line n ask urself if it makes common sense to u). like i said earlier, stop trying too hard..

If you actually READ this piece, she claimed she had immediately asked if she was going to prostitute when her supposed auntie told her of the pharmacy attendant offer. Because you av seen it all and heard it all shouldn't color ur judgements. Its your type of person I hope NEVER to attend to me at public places. Rude, assuming and empty
Yes i did read and secondly it is not everything you believe from the media( word for word). if u took ur time to actually understand my point before dashing at ur keypad, i am certain you would see where i said it was my research topic. 8 in 10 homes claim one aunty or sister or known figure told them to tag along( They v heard stories, they know watsup, at least d deported ones must v said sometin, news fly, rumours cn not be contained). so yes they aint really as naive as they claim.
Lastly,to u...i made my points without necessarily being insultive(it shows the kinda person i am) unlike you who tagged me as rude and empty. dont let anyone deceive u tonight to think u made a point attacking me, because u did not. The last time i checked constructive criticism is still very much allowed as an individual. So pls GROW up and learn how to interact more on public forum. ciao

same story line all the time. my project topic was on child/girl trafficking, during my research i realised greed, unhealthy competition n poverty is the underlying factor. They claim ignorance bt the truth is they know exactly what they are getting into. They are not as naive and stupid as the media portrays the story. They all know either one way or the other( old stories, friends, neighbour who has done same) , but the love for quick money and the obodo oyibo syndrome blur and becloud the right sense of reasoning. who travels outside a country through the desert without knowing it is fishy? Pls they should cut us some slack with the same old gist all the time...

Take a 100 naira bike to our lady of Apostles, from there take a cab/bus to epe its about 300 naira. When you get to epe, take another bus going to CMS-cant be more than 400 naira. From CMS, join BRT (like 150 sha) going to maryland and alight at obanikoro bus stop, cross to the other side and take a bike to 6, olusoji idowu. You will spend about 1200 in total but if you know another route to Oshodi from Ijebu ode i will just advice you to compare the cost of transport of the two. From Oshodi you can easily see bus to association avenue, ilupeju.
Ha!!!his interview is not on the island naah. that is like running around in circles plus time consuming. just take a bike to Lagos garage in ijebu, take palmgrove/ onipanu bus rather than oshodi( around 800naira or 1k) on ur way to lag, drop at obanikoro bustop. simple

i wake up everyday by either the noise from the mosque with its ever blazing speaker..the only thing i do is hiss n go back to sleep. plus it is nt just in d morning bt every time dey pray. i v never for once breed hate in my heart. it is easy for u muslims to always breed hate for anything christian. such a pity because that is the bigggest problem we have as a nation. the inability to tolerate others, i thought a school of thought came up with a dictum of ' live and lets live' ... i wont be surprised if u attack the messenger leaving the truth inherent in the message. " go ahead n beat the pastor up" in ur words. since you forgot we are in a democratic era and we all have rights too.

Can you elaborate
th world is now so tech savvy that any information watever could be found. If you guys want to catch d thief all u need to do is get the owner of d site to trace the IP address of the user. Even d so called pix he uploaded could be traced bt i doubt we have such in Nigeria. Except u know someone that has such tech skills outside d country. And if u know anyone that works in d telecom firm u cn send d number u v of him. His last location cn also b traced. Bt it is against d norm of the industry so one needs to b discreet while doing so. And for d fact that i wrote dis for all to see does not mean d scammer cn still get away with what i typed. If u like break d simcard. If u like take down d pix. U cn nt change ur IP adress. It is unique to each user
