OK back to d transform , maybe dis diagram will convince u , the coil and ameture supply light and it as two socket the transformer is plug to one of the socket so as to reverse the power back to the ba3 and looking at the ba3 , u can see it is having four terminal , which is two negative and two positive ,one from the transformer and the other from the the rotor..
