Amaechi did some infrastructure development but that was only in his first tenor. Thereafter he devoted his time only to politics and doing so cost rivers state immeasurably. Under Amechi's watch, Trans Amadi road degraded steadily until it was in ruins. Off all roads, Trans Amadi main and link roads ought to be priority number one. This is because it hosts majority of oil and gas production and services companies and a lot of other business with huge potential to grow IGR and even foreign investment. Most companies have now relocated to better regions like Lagos where government have provided better infrastructure. Why he abandoned that road all through his tenor is difficult to appreciate. Perhaps someone can offer some explanations. There is the link road connecting East/west road to the International Airport? This road would alleviate suffering and provide opportunity for further development out of Port Harcourt city but it was abandoned all through Amachi’s tenor.

Oh God, why terrorists every where, no country is longer safe, all countries being attack on a daily basis, the world it's self is vulnerable. What do they stand to gain by killing innocent people world wide? What is the battle all about? It can happen to any one going out and returning not too sure.

This is not a matter of I know the God I serve, cause those killed for nothing serve same God.

All world leaders should call these people for amnesty and possible solution and allow peace to reign. For me I fear who don't fear death. God accept their souls and give their families the fortitude to bear the pain /loss

For me I clamour for and prefer individual candidacy... if NASS can do something about that. Party or no party your personality would speak for you not party influence(my opinion though)
