That is why I said you are speaking out of gross mental emptiness with an overbloated ego. How can the State Assembly give him time to present a budget (in 48 hours)? Characters like you dont reason but talk and wait to make sense from the response of someone. Let me help you make sense out of this. The Supreme Court's judgment didn't say the House should give the governor the time they feel convenient to present the budget.
If the House had any good will, they would have said, okay Mr. Governor, we need you to represent this budget according to the judgment; let us know if 48 hours is appropriate by your schedule, knowing that Mr. Governor has tight schedules. But they gave him an ultimatum as if budget is the only pressing thing for the state. Look, what those poor reched house assembly members dont know is that Wike has lived the best of his political career and has nothing to lose. But they are young politicians with a long political time ahead of them, which may be jeopardized by this baba sope style of life they are living. The people of River State are watching. My advice to you is to go and get tested for this: schizophrania bc the truth about it is that you will be suffering from it yet you are not aware. I am sure that is what you are going through.
