First of all, 3 months to me is too brief for courtship. Secondly, if you were sensitive and took some more time to study her closely, you would have discovered all these traits before the marriage. Going forward, I think you need to have some patience and do it just the way she wants it and give her some time to adapt. She may just need to be fully used to you.
