Going by this senseless logic, is it Tinubu that killed those people, was he the one that razed their houses, is Tinubu the IGP? Common sense should tell u a good leader must always take responsibility for whether Good or Bad that happens under his rule. In this case Tinubu, the Governor and the IGP even the community leaders were to be blamed for not ensuring proper security for the people that are under them. A standard Hijab should almost or even touch the ground and it must make sure it completely cover the body in such a way that body-shape is not revealed.
