Guys please I was debited by uba while trying to make an order on aliexpress but the transaction didn't go through neither was I refunded. Have anyone ever faced similar experience?

This UBA eh. Was in your place last week or so. A speed down of the solution is to contact AliExpress via their help center in the app, telling them of the transaction, then they'll acknowledge it was an error. You'd now screenshot that correspondence and send to UBA and ask fo your refund. That's all.

Same thing. They said I should send aliexpress an email and they are to respond to me stating that the transaction failed and that they won't ask for the money again which I have done several times yet they are still speaking English for me

I tried ordering for an item, uba debited me even b4 it got to the point of otp, only for me to input the otp they sent me and I got insufficient balance error, and it is showing as unpaid, while my bank is yet to send me the money back, I chatted them up, they are yet to reply me

I chatted with an AliExpress customer rep via the help center. They told me the transaction has been frozen. So, I took a screenshot of the Convo to send to UBA via email --thats akin to what they asked me to do in order to aid the refund process. Now I'm waiting for their response. You can do the same if you haven't done that already.

Naija banks eh... same here. Though, I've reached AliExpress and they told me the payment was frozen by the bank themselves, whereas the so called bank they do like say them no know wetin dey go on.

Hello AE shoppers. Who's had an experience with this before? I was ordering an item using my UBA naira mastercard, then when it got to the payment gateway redirection I was debited twice before an otp was sent to me. I entered the otp and got a balance not enough response from AliExpress (meaning I would've been charged a third time). In all this, the order still remained in the unpaid category. I've contacted bank and those ones are telling me to correspond with AliExpress first before they can initiate a "charge back" process.
