Who is claiming that the money belongs to him/her? You are wallowing in ignorance and all you need is knowledge/right information.

By my assertion, I expect you to deepen your knowledge about treasury bill and how it works.

Get it right.
You are the one wallowing in stupidity and lousyness by not minding your business. The last time i checked, i never asked for your opinion or your contribution to my success or my life.

Mind your business!!!

Have you been to that place in person, are you aware of the Dangote refinery going on to be completed by 2018; the largest in West Africa, are you aware of Trade zone Center(of international Standard) also going on over there, do you also know about International Airport to be constructed by Lagos State government in that same Ibeju-Lekki ? So many opportunities in Ibeju-Lekki. I can tell you convincingly that; if you can give it a trial, Ibeju-Lekki is a place to be.
Ibeju-Lekki is over rated. Unless if heaven is going to be built there, then maybe

I am with you on this.
Properties in that axis extremely overrated. Most of the projects are elephant projects. Those that deliver "eventually" use the worst materials in the market, you'd have to change everything yourself.

I recommend TBills. It's the most secured investment option around now, and you can get part of your earnings in advance... That's great.
Exactly... thanks
TravelRe: What Are The Requirements To Travel To Belgium For Holdays by queendoreez(f): 10:47am On Jan 26, 2017
Tobigo12:
Thank you but kindly keep me updated on the Belgium visa.
Update on the Belgium visa application.

I have been wanting to do this for about 2weeks now but i am a lazy writer, very lazy... LOL

My travel date was due 21st January, but about few days to that day, i tracked my application online via the VFS and the status has changed from "Application forwarded to the Belgium embassy" to "Application is being processed by visa application center. Contact visa application center for more details". I was happy thinking i was about to be receive some good news, i called VFS, a lady picked and said my application was still with the Abuja embassy. I was surprised.

I sent a mail to the Abuja embassy, they replied and said they forwarded my application to Brussels and that they are waiting for decision of the Home Office in Brussels. Well, i called my friend who is inviting me and told him everything. He called them from over there and they said it takes minimum of 30days ( working and non-working days inclusive ) and maximum of 60days ( in rare cases ) to process a visa. And that we should give them more time.

My Dutch friend who made the booking had to call Lufthansa to reschedule my flight ( he was the one who booked it anyway). Again yesterday, he called them and they at Brussels seeing how serious he is said they will attend to my application this week.

That's the update so far. As we forge ahead, i will make out time to update, but like i said, i am very lazy to write, i prefer talking... LOL

Laughing, why na? That place is going to be the next phase of Lagos Island, looking at the world standard investment going on in that area.
That place is not Lagos. Ijebu igbo is better than that place, at least person fit turn the property to hostel for OOU students.

no it's 15% per annum. the interest is paid every 3months that is 4 times in a year. the rates can increase or decrease depending on the current t. bills rate. you have the opportunity to monitor your investment online.
Thanks, would definitely try it out.

You can equally invest your money in real estate business, taking advantage of presents opportunities going on around Ibeju-Lekki area of Lagos. Your property keep appreciating in monetary value; while your mind is at peace.
I would rather throw the money inside River Niger than buying a land/house in Ibeju-Lekki. That's how terrible it is.
InvestmentRe: Whats The Current Fixed Deposit Interest Rate For Nigerian Banks by queendoreez(f): 8:39am On Jan 26, 2017
Well, i chose the fixed deposit of the bank because i invested sometime ago in a financial institution called Rosabon Fin. Services and got N900 for 200k after 3months. It was even poorer than that of the bank. So you see, i know what i am doing.

Not withstanding, i will try ARM treasury bills. No harm in trial

why don't you try the ARM money market fund. the mutual fund buys treasurebills with your money and they are currently paying 15%
I will google about it and find out more.
Is the 15% paid monthly?

Yes, very poor but i had to do it anyway because if the money remains in my account and i make withdrawals more than 3 times in a month i'll get nothing and since i make several withdrawals every month, i had to fix the amount i had no urgent need for at the moment.
InvestmentRe: Whats The Current Fixed Deposit Interest Rate For Nigerian Banks by queendoreez(f): 7:32am On Jan 22, 2017
For UBA, you get N7000 for every N500k fixed for 3months.

Its a new passport so i didn't scan before submitting to the Belgian embassy. My mistake.
TravelRe: Withdrawal Of International Passport by queendoreez(f): 5:24pm On Jan 19, 2017
I can relate to this, i got a job in the US and was asked to scan my passport for visa processing but unfortunately my passport is still with the sluggish Belgian embassy who are insisting that it takes 30-60days to process their visa. Now i have to wait. I don't know if withdrawing my passport will lead to denial.
Can someone help us out here, please.

Hello,

I did my own international passport at festac going to two months now, they there is no booklet, I did it 22nd Nov 2016, up till now no positive response. Please help out
I had similar experience with yours. And i needed mine urgently to apply for my visa as i would be travelling this January. I did mine at Ikoyi in december, they also complained of no booklets and there was so much crowd. I bribed an official 10k in order to hasten up.
You can do the same so that you don't wait forever.
