Yea, same happened to me. I ordered three size 8 wedding rings and later discovered one of them was too small(size 7). The seller apologized and offered to send another with my next order or give me a discount voucher. I settled for ordering one more ring and the seller shipped another ring to replace the small size ring, together with my new order. I also got to keep the previous ring, which i later gifted a friend . Another time i ordered a hair bonnet, it didn't come after two months .Before the expiration of the 60 days buyer protection period, the seller chatted me up to apologize for the delay and told me to open dispute so i can be refunded. I did that and was refunded in full within a week.
