Please how can I stop excess saliva from gathering in my mouth. Am just 10weeks gone and can spit for the whole Africa. Bitter kola isn't working for me at all.

With my first pregnancy, I didn't spit at all, don't kw why this one is different. Even morning sickness won't let me be. I just tire.

Disadvantages of female circumcision

Circumcision for a female is a sin even a reputable Doc will not advice u to do it, it was ignorance that made our fore fathers do it back then Circumcision for female have future disadvantages like my mil will always say none of her son will marry a girl that's circumcised have forgotten what she told me abt it will ask her again moreover if u are a Christian Circumcision for female is a single.. ur dh is funny sef does it stop male frm sleeping with various women?

I came with a question that have been bothering me since my discussion last night with dh. He said all his daughters must be circumcised to avoid them being promiscous, plz mamas, does circumcision of women still exist?
does it play a role in a woman being a slut?
I wasnt circumcised and I dont see any reason why my daughters should.
Plz I need input on this and as an over all final sayer that he is, is their even a good hospital that can do neat circumcision for me without hurting my girls?

so I saw mucus plug last night and this morning saw the large chunk of it. Contraction has intensified with waist pain, stomach as hard as a rock. Heading to hospital.
NB the midwives said baby can be born anytime from 7months so always get your things ready and rush to hospital if u notice any change in your system.

My dear sis, she will be 26 this year,i have talked and talked.Initially i advice her and talk to her like my little sister, sometimes i instruct her on what/how to do in the house but i discovered that each time i do that she gives me some kind of attitude...either she sees me the next morning she will not greet or she just displays some stupid attitude so i stopped instructing or advising her....i don't call her to help me do things,i just do it on my own. I have complained many times to dh but most times he's very soft with her,they're orphans and if you talk too much or even try to be strict they see you as wicked or that u're maltreating them.....so i imagined that it's only i and hubby living in the house and just ignore her......sometimes she pretends to be sleeping while i cook but the moment i finish,i call her that food is ready then she jumps up immediately to come and eat......my sis i have seen a lot in the past 1yr she has been with us and on this journey i've decided to be strong

My dh has been cooking some very delicious fresh fish pepper soup for us at least 2-3 times weekly. (I don't cook cos I'm on bedrest)
I was actually telling him that it tastes better than the one I make #Truth!
Some days ago I asked him if there was still spice in the house, so that I'll ask my mom to get for us. Guess what! He has been making the sumptuous pepper soup " WITHOUT SPICES" ? He didn't even know if there was pepper soup spice in d spices containers
I was like what How come I didn't notice? Answer = Lots of scent leaf and plenty crayfish!
So I think you can try that, I promise u won't miss the spices

The reason pregnant women are advised to stay of pepper soup I think is because of those long tiny black spices (African Negro Pepper) a. k. a UDA in Ibo language. It is used as a contraceptive by some women, hence it's ability to cause a miscarriage.

I wanted to just look and pass, but lemme share this little. l do enjoy pepper soup in my pregnancies not until I became pregnant sometime don't wanna mention the yr and at 8weeks, i took a plate of hot pepper soup ,few minutes after the meal, i experienced stomach upset, run to the rest room to ease my self, lo and behold when I wipe i saw blood. To cut the long story short, I eventually miscarried d baby.
Lesson learnt :
All pregnancies are not the same.
Our bodies differs.
what works for me may not work for you.
Avoid every avoidable especially in the first trimester.

Will i still taste pepper soup in pregnancy? big NO.

Me I didn't eat o! Cos some women were saying it's not good in early pregnancy because of some of the things dey mix together and grind. I didn't know dey even have d one that pregnant women can eat shebi I for dey chop am. I swallowed my cravings until I craved no more come and gimme that one u eating

lol that was my 1st trimester oo cus I really crave for it then na nkwobi dey hungry me now n cold kunu I still don't hv time in making my kunu wish I havery someone who can make for me

yes you can i started using them at 4weeks excluding calcium before I register for antenatal at 21weeks gone I just added d calcium my antenatal Doc asked me to its help with baby bone u can exclude calcium for now since baby bone still tiny ..

pepsoup is actually good in pregnancy bcus scent leaf is said to be medicinal for pregnant women just be sure on what the spice is mixed with, like wen I wanted to buy spice in d market d lady was advertising d spice for me like e good for jedi it helps with menstrual flow waist pain blabla bla bcus she mixed d spice I had to tell her dat madam am pregnant bcus I wasn't showing then n she said don't buy dis one let me give u d regular spice .. infact I ate a lot of pepsoup in my 1st trimester

folic acid, calcium, bcomplex, and ferrous or you can get pregnacare if u can't swallow 4 tab at once

yes very safe but incase u are buying the spice ask them if it's d usual spice cus some pple do mix oda stuff with the spice which is not good for pregnant women make sure to be specific when buy the spice ...

Hello mamas, we are in our 23 weeks, God has bee n faithful so far, ante natal and regular ultrasound scan going on well.. Dw couldn't sleep last nite, she said lo is kicking and changing positions all though nite.. And she said she feel pain whenever she want to poo.. She now said it's jedi jedi.. And she want to take soda mint or get AGBO jedi, I asked her to wait and and call doctor first , and doc said she should Come over or if she can manage till tomorrow as tomorrow is her antenatal... Only for my Dw to say emm, she will get AGBO jedi, that if she complain tomorrow they will just inject her with something that will make lo calm down... What do I do mamas

i don't think it's jedi jedi oo I think its part of the process I also experience it at that stage infact more in sec semester and it stopped without taking anything she should just endure it it happens only wen she wants to poo from waist to anus and difficult to sit on closet easily u have to sit with cautio sometimes the poo won't come out sef.. make she no use agbo jedi oooo

Mamas pls pray for me my water broke at 9:45pm US time I got to the hospital at 11:30pm with no contraction . I was induced with pitocin at 4am till 12noon still no regular contraction. They checked me and I was just finger tip dilated now they want to give me a pill cytotec to make me dilate. But I have been given antibiotics to prevent infection since my water has broken for long. @itssettled, realdentist, iyomomoreloaded, jazzyjazz and other mamas pls pray for me. Let my Good news come soon. My case is different

don't worry dear your lo will soon be in ur arms because he is God of perfection.

Am not a relationship expert and am still learning but with my little experience and from pple story I will say 2wrongs does not it right..let me share a story my friend got married at the age of 22 becus she was pregnant the baby daddy asked her to abort the baby she refused play woman tricks and they finally got married even when she knew d guy doesn't love her the baby daddy obviously had someone else back the apart from that he drinks to stupor and also a woman womaniser he does not give my friend attention she cried everyday till she deliver she was always depress and almost thought of quitting till she decided to make things work out now she's 7yrs in her marriage with 2kids and everything is rosy now her husband no dey use her play now infact he dey pamper her.. your situation now is like he has no affection for u and he does not show u love like u deserves especially now that u are pregnant now u have to work towards getting his affection, attention and care I know u might have tried but u haven't give it ur best my dear marriage is not a bed of rose ooo na all man get skuchi for head.. one if he says u mag alot pls dear reduce ur nagging if he says u choking him pls let him be one thing about a man is that when u start showing them u care less their brains tends to reset because they will feel u getting attention somewhere so let him just be no look him side act like he doesn't exist do more of what makes you happy and less of pleasing him just don't disrespect him if u need someone to help u with gen u can beg ur neighbour don't over work ur sef one last thing prayer prayer it's the key with prayers and patience u can cook a stone.. I pray thy lord will guide u through and put a smile on ur face..
