Your mil might be right. What I did was to lightly massage that area while talking to my ds to please have mercy and he did actually, the pain lessened.

please i will relly appriciate if any mum can help me with baby boy stuffs or hospital items. av been promised on nairaland by two nairalanders earlier before now but am yet to get anything despite contacting one of them via watsapp as she directed. av not given up hope on favor.i still blive i will get help. i havnt gotten anything yet for the baby and a lot of financial restraints for now. am getting close to my EDD and am quite worried.

DW is 8weeks gone and this MS thingy won't allow her. She gets tired at every single tin and for days now she has lost appetite to eat anything. Biko, is this how e dey do FTM? Pls what can she be eating. I've suggested heaven and earth and all is NO. She only takes milk+Malt and biscuit.

it will pass with time ms is normal just make sure she takes plenty fluid and fruits

Haaa Mama!! I kept saying I was coming to thank you but I forgot. Abeg no vex. You did not lie oo. So many lovely house decor stuffs. I ended up buying a floating shelf and decorative mirror that I did not budget for. I finally ran out of the market when it seemed every item in each shop was calling my name. I also got my bedside lamp (a very beautiful one) and my scented candles and diffusers too. Thank you so much.

Exactly it might even be part of her prayer point cus diaper is the most expensive item in baby's list bcus u have have to keep buying in bulk

I understand your sentiments babythug and helovesme. It's a Nigerian thing. The diapers sef eh, it was a guy that came to clean the house I was staying in before my delivery that offered them and I really appreciated it cos I hadn't bought any diapers at the time. Could I afford it, definitely! But I accepted it wholeheartedly cos I knew the intentions were genuine. The diapers served me for months before my DS outgrew them and I have 120 pieces left.
The only person I know that's pregnant is not in Lagos (I might just package the diapers and waybill to her) but the formula needs to be consumed soon cos of the shelf life.

I don't really go to church and I'm not working atm

We have almost same thing in common. Hadly eat as well except when i'm super hungry. Saw baby weight last week but not bothered one bit as long as God is ever faithful in granting us good health. My Nei. Consumed almost everything n her baby weighed 2.4...kg at birth while her 2nd was exactly opposite.
Let's just relax and enjoy Preggo.(

imagine am telling u funny enuff all this scans are not accurate they are like predictions, our mothers sef no use scan for there time and everything went well,I only believe God's report scans only help me see my lo that's all, sis don't be surprise if baby weight 3.5kg at delivery

are u for real so if urs is too small for 1.49kg then mine is toooooo tiny abeg mama don't let anyone stress u ooo because mine was 1.3kg at that week and my doc says is normal, that I even tried sef cus I hardly eat.. just free ur mind and let it rest on God everything will turn out perfect..worry less about baby weight oo bcus if lo too small pple go talk e too big dem go murmur so relax n keep praying everything will work for ur good..oyasmile

I don't think it's too small and too big when I had scan at that week my baby weighed 1.3kg guess it's because I hardly eat before I got pregnant I was a foodie but since have been carrying lo I hardly eat infact I don't get hungry I can stay from morning till 4pm without feeling hungry just water dh will be like stop starving my baby..

How big is your bump? Once you get to Idumota, and you are pregnant, there's this annoying set of women that would keep following you until you go crazy. Once you chase one, another one would come, they would be asking you 'Aunthy you want baby things, let's go to my shop'. Tell them you already have a customer but don't pursue them until they take you to Dosunmu market which is where they sell baby things then when you get there pursue them cuz nothing good comes from them. Ask for little me shop, that's where I did 90% of my shopping cuz I don't have energy to walk around neither do i enjoy haggling and they sell at set prices, and their prices seem fair. There's two little me shops there, you can visit both. Even if you don't want to buy there, just go there first to get a feel of the prices, then you can go to the other shops and bargain.
