Abeg make una know vex o, my tori go long o, cos wanna start 4rm the beginning o.
Part 1
I was prep 4 my intro late 2015, when I started having Lower abs pains, I started going 4 scans, hvs n all, taking antibiotics, still same until after my intro Jan last year , a dr tolD me to start trying, so I did but was always once in a while since dh n I stays separately. A day after my registry was so sick went 4 scan n series of test n was told my appendix has tripled n has to be removed that's 2weeks to my wedding, the dr insist it has to be removed to avoid stories that touches the heart, so we did a day after my registry, it wasn't easy at all o, a week after I was discharged I started feeling sick, 3days to my wedding that's less than 2weeks after the surgery, it was soo bad until I did pt n it came out positive, we were soo excited but scared, wedding went well but I was patched up, cos I stopped taking drugs, I was throwing up, my incision site was bringing out pus, tnk God 4 my life, I was so scared my baby won't come out fine cos of all the antibiotics.

Part 2
1st trim was hell, I throw up all the time, feel dizzy, I perceive everytin, everyting irritates me, I was also taking care of my incision site, no appetite, it was so bad,my hair was out of place, I no see road, I no even know were my make up kit was sef.. 2nd trim was ok, I do shakara small, incision site had closed up. 3rd trim started, another wahala, my lo was soo active. I felt every kick,twist,turns n all, at a point I wasn't comfy with it again, I had to pray 4 grace n then lo was always kicking my incision site. Sometimes I come online to spill my mind n even cc some mama's but got no response xept 4rm dunni (sorry if I didn't spell ur moniker well) so I became an active peeper, but became frnds to suzy offline..
Part 3
At 37wk the pain was much but GoD's grace kept me going,i became restless started squats n walks, that week I had very strong contractions in the night arnd 2am like 3times but notin again, on sun I went to the clinic was told am 2cm (VE is sooo painful o) but notin serious yet, went home with dh, on tue I lost the mucus plug n I was having contraction., I managed till wed anc day, I was checked n told 3cm n was sent home.i than they Waka like duck, I couldn't sleep that night, my jajaina wan comot 4 my pelvic shai, hubby no fit sleep sef, as the contraction they come I they squat, na hot water I they drink n bath with. Dh no fit leave me o, we carry ourself go the maternity again them talk say na 4cm but baby's head no gree descend say I they lazy make dh no ans me make we they go.. hmmmmm... I reach house come they do power woman the contraction than reach every 10min I was crying we lock master's bedroom cos of my mum thinking I need excersice, stupid us, I just they groan 4 inside till Fri o. By Fri around 11, hubby talk say make we go 4 induction or augmentation, whichever 1, na him we come call maternity they say no that we re just 38wks +, I call hospital they talk say cos of the surgery I haD previously them no fit, na him we confuse, them talk say make I go 4 walk n squat, which I Did, by evening I than they cry na him my mama too they cry we come carry ourself go maternity 1st them say they no fit help me with medication cos my appendectomy site never heal well and I might av internal bleeding if given drip that we should go 4 cs. My hubby n mum were so angry that it took them 2days to tell us the truth. that was how we were referred cos the other private hsp I reg is far. As we reach we 1st collect card n I was taking to the sonographer 4 scan na him they talk say baby's heartbeat than drop that we have to bring him out that minute, na him my dh they worried, he signed concept form n paid, they rushed me in n within 10min my prince was brot out, hmmmmm...Wetin my eye see 4 that theatre I no fit talk am o. the nurses took my baby to his dad, he told me baby wasn't crying nor moving, he was beating, still nothing, my mum had started crying. He was rushed back to the theatre and hubby said they spent another 5min on him before he cried. I was stitched and my baby was brought to me, my piece of the moon, cute and strong.. recovery is another chapter on its own. Am grateful to be alive with my baby. Safe delivery to all mama's n to ATC mama's, this year u will laugh.

Please mommas can a playpen be used as cot? And will one need to buy a mattress and put inside? Buying cot and then playpen will take too much space.

yes and of cus u need to buy mattress and bedding like the one u saw in d baby cot

Hello mummies, please raise your voice to God for me that I should carry my second baby this year 2017. My first baby will be 4years by August and I have been TTC since when he was 2years. AF just visited today and I have been in tears since then. I just want to stop buying pads and buy maternity gowns and baby things.

yes could it be d fibroid apart frm pelvis expansion can't explain d pains sometimes really unbearable..

Morning mamas in the house. I have been a jobless graduate for 3 years now and God finally answered my prayer last month. I got a job with civil service and I'll be working in the ministry, my problem now is that my two year old daughter closes by 1pm while I'll be closing by 4pm, her school is around my house while my work place is far from the school. I contacted the school to know if there is a way around it and they said we must have come for her latest 2:30. I just don't know what to do. Sorry for bringing it here but I know we have working mum's here. Please how do you cope with career and your children?

I will suggest u get a creche around your home that will give extra closing hours, my mum has a creche n she closes at 6pm bcus some mom rewuired extra service due to their work schedule, some creche does that instead of entrusting your childs care to a maid and I won't suggest office area since its far from home because of stress if not u can enrol your baby in a school since he or she is 2.

Buying them one after the other might save one from buying at an inflated price, Nigeria and recession ; u never can tell what the price of an item will change to the next hour.

Sorry for the cough ma. Sadly I don't know what you can do and only advise I can give is that you see adoctor. You're 10weeks which means your pregnancy is still very delicate so you have to thread with caution.

try beehive balsam its a cough syrup made with honey abd lemon please ask them at pharmacy to be more certain if u can take it and read the prescription.. I took it once but little buh it's very good for stubborn cough @spiceeamiee

How long does this stomach pains last bcus mine is 5days now n making sleep unbearable... anyone experiencing or experienced this

My girl outgrew hers at week 6 cos she stated turning.
I have packed it 4 the next kids.
Ahe now uses d big cot.

Most people who get just this use it in d living area 4 new born n visitors to see d baby.

ohh really it's just an option though I prefer baby cot too bigger ones n detachable preferably still looking for a good carpenter cus I have different designs ...

Where I bought my playpen d women have something like this moses basket very neat for 15k I didn't get it becus I want to get a baby cot.. don't know where u base am in lagos

Na wa o...not easy..my dh went with me and he saw evryfin...he was saying my baby won't wear okrika oo..but wen he spend shege yesterday... He appreciated d okrika I bought for baby..lol...I av d baby bed cot (don't knw wat to call it...if I use DAT one and its not comfortable den we will just have to buy d cot...

if u have a good carpenter u can check google for designs n build one it's cheaper dat way, or if u can get okrika play pen which is around 10k or so it can also serve as cot ...

I was able to call my elder sis yesterday,tld her about the the issue on ground!She was really sad and bitter bcause I kept it for dis long witout letting her knw!She den asked if I had tlod mum,which I tld her am yet to!She asked if she could tell mum on my behalf,i gave her the go ahead!
Got a call from mum this morning,she asked me to meet her at her friend's place which I did!What I faced wasn't easy at all,mum involved a social welfare officer!But thank God am over wit dat,i still have one more bridge to cross n Mumci is really bitter and disappointed but I pray she comes around!
That is it,pls pray along wit me dat all will go well and also end in praise!Thanks alot!

My son made his grand entrance at 11:47pm on the 24th through emergency CS weighing 2.8kg upon all the cold stone, chicken and chips plus malt. BS later recovery ain't easy. #decembermamas.
