[Thank you @Lectureife for the response. quote author=LecturerIFE post=84006420]

I assume that your marriage was held after his first landing in Canada, right?

In response to your question, we got married 4months before his first landing in canada[/quote]

Hello all,

I would be glad to have your advice regarding my questions below:

My husband got his PR last year before we got married, although he is still working in Nigeria but travelled only once this year to canada.

I applied for express entry and i'm expecting to receive my ITA in the coming draw, 472. I hope it's not an offense for me to have applied for express entry as my husband is obviously not accompanying me since he already has his PR? My worry is that i do not want to be rejected on the basis that he should have filed a spousal sponsorship for me which i think might be impossible since he is not fully based in canada for now.

Secondly, My husband is gifting me about 100% of my proof of fund, which has already been transferred to me. We got a lawyer to have the gift deed notarized. However, my worry is that the lawyer requested that my husband's residential address must be specified in the gift deed document. My question is, should he put his Nigerian address (which is where he currently stays due to work) or indicate his canadian address (A relative's place where he stays whenever he lands in canada)?

Thank you as i look forward to your kind response.

Education / Re: Unilag Admission 2018/2019 by Queenwoman: 8:09pm On Sep 16, 2018
My sister applied for marine science with her neco result where she had an aggregate of 57.6 and ondo state catchment area is 58.6. She however has a one seating Waec result and couldn't apply with it initially cos she had issues with how her name was spelt. If she had used her Waec, she would have had 63 giving her edge on merit list. What do you advise ? Can she update to Waec result now since she's doing court affidavit? What's the possibility of doing change of course to statistics that is quite lower 54 if she decides to continue with her current neco result?
