A few weeks ago, Zenith spent some days @ bus-stop N12 and then bus-stop N15.
Those that didn't buy will be regretting now. While those that sold at those prices will be regretting also.
This was during the panic of Covid-19, low oil price and doom and gloom panic for Nigerian economy.

Hello friends, can some explain the process to receive e-dividend from zenith bank for a new shareholder with them.
I bought some shares in Feb-2020, before dividend was declared (verified and confirmed). My brokers says that since I already have e-dividend payment process with another bank, that all they need to do is to submit a form I signed to CSCS. That I don’t need to submit anything to Veritas Registrar.

Till today in May-2020, I have not yet received the e-dividend. and no convincing explanation from my brokers.

What could be the problem?

Hmmm... Big players are dumping strong fundamental stocks. This is a serious signal that it is going to get bloodier in the coming weeks or months. Whether dividend hopeful or not.

Hello GT customers, please don't panic about your investment not showing on your internet banking platform, it's the least of things that should worry you. It's a system glitch and you will wàke up one day to see it again. Am sure you would have received an electronic debit àlert and possibly investment statement. One thing you should ensure is to get your investment certificate always done on their letter head. I am a gtb customer for 13yrs and deal in TB with them since some years now so I have experienced several including this one.

However, I stopped dealing in TB with them because they started playing games. Example, in the last auction they offered 364days to investors at 18.1% as mentioned here while stanbic offered 18.28% thereabout. That's a big gap, it appears they are making some spread on investors fund because I do not see reason why they would bid this low at 18.1% when the last marginal rate from upper week's bid was about 18.5%.

Good to know that you escaped GTbank wayo. Though it wont harm their customers to that much, but they could be making 0.18% minimum for there entire tbills Secondary market base. Thats why they encourage Secondary market.

I just left my bank now.....my Accounting officer said my Rate is 18.1%....I went further in explaining to her why my GTB Treasury bills Account have not been updated with my latest investment,,..she said that because of the holiday that i should check within this week....

I do not think that your GTbank account officer is telling you the truth. I have asked the same question to their twitter handle.. they posted me back to the account officer who keep saying that it is an internal problem. GTbank is not being honest about their response on this TBills anomaly.
I will not do TBills again with them if they cant explain what is actually happening.

Secondary market.
The problem is that someone has TWO Tbills investment. N3million and N2million.
The N2million is showing as a Tbills investment in your bank account profile online.
But the N3million is not showing anywhere in the account profile. So what is the genuine explanation?

Hello Tbills gurus,
I have a concern. I did a 1-year Tbills (Secondary market) investment with GTbank about 2 months ago. They debited my account minus the interest and I saw the Tbills investment reflected in my online account profile.
But 1 month ago, they created my account as if the investment has matured and debited it again same day. From then on, I didnt see the Tbills investment in my account again. I was worried as this was quite unusual.
I have asked and they said that I should not worry that it is a problem with their internet platform to be fixed soon. Till today I have not seen the investment in my account.
I know something is not right somewhere within the bank. Has anyone experienced this kind of tbills problem with any nigerian bank?

This is why I don't trust secondary market t-bills. The bank can play games with your money.
