InvestmentRe: Real Estate Or Shares: Which Is Better? by question(m): 2:30pm On Mar 11, 2013
Shares or Real Estate.....no investment is foolproof. they are all risky.

Real Estate: depends on what kind of real estate, the location and condition.
Shares: depends on what company you buy, the management team of the company, the prevailing economic situation (boom or doom).

Meanwhile, I know a residential area in PH which gets flooded every rainy season because some other landlord has built his house and blocked the free flow of rainwater.
RomanceRe: Questions To Ask Before You Get Married. by question(m): 12:29pm On Mar 09, 2013
Ask these questions about yourself first before asking about the spouse.

Marriage is about being the right person not marrying the right person.

AgricultureRe: He Wants To Resign & Do Vegetable Farming - Please Advice by question(m): 11:09am On Feb 28, 2013
BluStreak: Vegetable farming is among the most profitable agricultural based business one can venture into. Bear in mind that maturity period for some of these vegies in less than a month unlike cassava & pineapple etc.

Vegetables like green, pumpkin leaves, ewedu, and other leafy vegetables mature in weeks. Vegie farming only requires constant irrigation, fertilizer preferably organic. And guess what? The yield is very high he might actually not need too many hecters of land. Just 2 hecters will give him all he wants.
Just to make the land size look real...

2 hectares = 20,000m2 = about two and half (2.5) FIFA football pitches = about forty four (44) 50ft by 100ft plots of land.

jamace: Being TOO concerned about fundamentals in this present time is like looking for the living among the dead.

Instead of fundamental, look for the FUTURE of the stock. Just ask yourself, "Can this dead bone rise again?". If yes, BUY, if no, waka pass. Period. grin
Lol.. That bolded is where we need TB Joshua to predict for us.

coogar: of course he killed her - what is in doubt is if it's murder or just manslaughter(accidental killing).
FIRST DEGREE, PREMEDITATED MURDER... BLUE MURDER.
He should be telling us what caused him to pull the trigger 4 good times. Not that he shot her in error.

BusinessRe: Are more British-born Nigerians moving back to Nigeria ? by question(m): 2:19pm On Feb 19, 2013
No need for the insults and abuses.
It is all a matter of PERSONAL CHOICE and OPINION.
Some prefer Diaspora (UK, US, Europe, Asia, even Ghana etc) while some prefer Naija based on their PERSONAL OPINION.

jossy26: Hello house, I just stumbled on this thread and am really interested; was bitten hard during the recession but what do we do than to move on. I need advise from the pros; I have got some considerable gains in access, mansard nd firstbank; am thinking I shd hold for some time more or what do you guys think? Still looking @ C& I leasing as many have suggested here already.

Follow your heart and hold some more. Unless you urgently need the funds for something else.

My advice to all Stock investors - buy only blue chip stocks with great fundamentals OR do not buy at all.

PoliticsRe: Nigerian Embassies Cant Pay Salaries, Bills’ by question(m): 4:54pm On Feb 16, 2013
Foreigners are no longer visiting Nigeria (for tourism or business). So there is no revenue from visa issuance.
Redundancy is taking effect. Nig embassies should start dropping non-essential staff.
