I mentioned N500 as an example. It can be N1000 or as you wish.
1. It is just a marketing strategy to create a niche.
2. The fixed price tag is the same for all items.
3. The items in the shop are specially packaged or repacked to approximately fit the fixed price tag.
4. The items could be attract a particular market audience.
5. The items can be aimed at satisfying specific market needs.
6. No need for price haggles or discounts.
7. It can easily be turned into bonanza sales. The turnover (volume of sales could be high)
8. It creates curiosity in customers as they would want to check and find out what and what items have that fixed price tag.

There are more that can be benefited from this.

Just like in UK or US where they have $1 or £1 shops......Is it possible to have a N500, N200 or N100 shop chain in Nigeria where every item is packaged and sold for that specific amount?
If I have the means (funds) I will give it a try.

lawyer: Generally Agency Fees for tenancy agreements is 10% of the tenancy rates X how many years they collect from you e.g if the property is going for N100,000 per annum, the agency fee is 10% of N100,000 which amounts to N10,000 for one year and if the agent is collecting 2 years rent, that's N10,000 x 2 Years which is N20,000. So you calculate it by the years and 10%

For property sales, it is usually 5% of the total price paid for the property (Negotiable in some instances if you have a skilled lawyer in pointing out the reasons it should be less than 5%)

All agency fees are usually borne by the buyer or tenant and not the landlord or seller? Strange system in my opinion

If the agency fee is borne by the tenant, then from your example above the tenant will pay N110,000. Or does he pay N100,000 and the landlord gets N90,000 while the agent takes N10,000?

I heard the school had been abandoned for almost 20 years! At that particular LGA I served (name withheld), principals bribe the NYSC Zonal Administration to get higher allocation of corpers for teacher! The school where I served had just the principal, vice-principal and just 2 teachers. This is a school that has J.S.S 1 to S.S.3 classes.
Enugu state's education system was a mess as far back as 2009. I hope things have changed now...
